Terribly under staffed and disorganised. Tries to force people to use self serve and only has a single manned cash register meaning prolonged lines for complex purchases that can't be completed on self serve such as gift cards.

If I could give a 0 I would. The balloons are horrible. I ordered 2 helium balloons for $50 and one popped in the car and the other in the room. We are constantly buying balloons from here expecting different, yet every time the balloons deflate in hrs or pop right away. I’m so upset with the quality and their audacity to charge $50 for inflated foil.

Better to update your website, ppl spend time to get your store when you claim you have the item in stock. Really disappointing when you get there and staff simply says its an error or the websites has a few days delay!

Nice big store. Well laid out. Clean. Fresh produce. Staff happy to help. Overall slightly more expensive than Coles and Aldi. BUT the specials on Cadbury Easter Bunnies 250g $5 is very good value. Still the same today. Good specials. Just watch out for them.

Don't get to Doncaster that often but love Big W. Wide variety of goods, well set out. Excellent value for money.

Bought a fridge and a washing machine in there. Good support from the staff who actually knows the products!

When you buy vouchers from here, be careful. They might put the wrong value voucher into the pack which will cause lots of confusion.

Store is large with plenty of aisle space. Shelves are always neat and it's easy to find the size I want. Fitting rooms were spacious.

I placed an online order on the 3rd December to get delivered. For it to only be sent out on the 14th December. No tracking update since the 14th December. I'm still waiting for my delivery to arrive. Now my boys are gonna miss out on half of there Christmas presents. Really disappointed. I got in early to think it will all arrive before Christmas and now it won't

Have been waiting 16 days for a delivery just 11 km from the store. Zero help with this as they are too busy to look into it.

Excellent service from this Big W store. I was in the area and decided to walk in to buy a non essential item. Little did I know, the store was due to close. As I walked in, I was greeted by a lady who informed me that the store was going to close in “two minutes”.

As the item was non essential and I could have got it from Woolies or Coles which opens later, I told the lady that it was ok and that I could do without. She asked me what the item was, when I told her, she took me straight there. I got the item, paid for it and was out within two minutes. Excellent service!

Love to shop in Big W as they normaly have cleaning liquid in bulk. Good value when you buy in bulk.

OK? Use quite regularly. Buy normal flannelette shirts for winter, tee shirts and underclothes, etc. Peruse other areas for occasional buys.

I came in today and bought some stuff and staff members “Luke and Matthew” were absolutely class and helped me a lot.respect to them two

Tried to purchase a set of cutlery with my partner and the self check out said that a staff member had to check that we were over 18. I am 20 and my partner is 19. The lady came over and proceeded to say that I looked very underage but my partner looked overage. Little did she know that I am in-fact older than my partner. Found it incredibly disrespectful and would’ve preferred if she just asked for our ID and then left us alone to buy our cutlery set!

I got my item from click and collect the other day. It was late night but they were working! Hope we can see more shops open longer hours in future.
