Very bad experience.they told me it would cost me over $900 to get my mac screen replaced (my mac is under the one year warranty) plus they made me pay $100to get my mac diagnosed but i got it fixed from another apple authorised store for zero cost.this store is a rip off and overcharges ppl just because it’s in a rich area.go to apple or some other authorised store to get it fixed because this shop is not worth it.

At this point, all i can say is a vary good customer services i found i i've got my xr an iphone but i haven't opened it yet but i did like to talk about there service thank you friendly people!

I can not solve the issue with my iMac here. They didn't even check my iMac to figure out the problem and only advised me that we will charge you to check it while I have still my warranty.

I found Beyond the Box to be very professional, but at the same time friendly and competent with the handling of my issue but also to all the customers that came through the door whilst I was there. Very happy customer.

They were very understanding of the urgency of my request to resolve the issue. It was for my daughter whom is doing her Year 12 studies.

This is a much better experience than the Apple Store.the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and even with their excellent covid restrictions in place, managed to make us feel welcome.there's an Apple Store closer to us.but we'd choose Beyond the Box every time.

Whilst I love Apple products, I absolutely detest the model of the Apple stores. Beyond the Box was brilliant - they knew their stuff and quoted accurately. Each member of staff I spoke with was knowledgeable, didn’t assume I understood everything (but didn’t talk down to me).

I couldn’t praise them highly enough.

They were extremely helpful from start to finish. I was able to query and make quote adjustments on upgrades and they were prompt and clear at all times.

During the visits, the staff were friendly and helpful on all occasions. Time frames were clear and matched what I was told.

I had no issues taking another device there to get fixed and the service was just as good.

Now on to the review.
Went in last week for a quote on a minor repair, without even inspecting the device, they immediately attempted to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs which were blatantly not required for this very minor repair. I'm not sure whether the staff member was simply incompetent, or if this is a predatory sales tactic to take advantage of those less knowledgeable

Brought it to an official apple store, was covered under warranty and took 20 minutes

The staffs are very polite and professional. I’ll definitely visit them again for my next problem.

Such a professional and friendly Apple repair store. They have taken great care of my needs over the years and the value that I get for their work is fantastic. Especially if you are a student with limited funds but want a trustworthy repair, cannot recommend them enough.

My computer was telling me to replace my battery soon, so I took it to beyond the box. Left it with them, was told they would have my laptop for around 3 weeks. In the end it only took them a week and a bit. Problem was fixed, no dramas. Timely in their work and a very professional service. Would highly recommend them for any issues you may have with your electronics.

Fantastic Mac service. I got pretty much a new laptop back and it was all free of charge (without Apple care).

Really great contact with the service, waiting time was covid adjusted, so it was a nice digital detox.

Beyond the Box did an outstanding job with my warranty repair for my Macbook. It was the first time I have used a service outside of Apple directly and the team were professional and very responsive.
