Really unprofessional store, really bad customer services (Time wasters). Ordered an iphone but they didn't provided me that for 2 months and sadly have to cancel the order. I personally don't recommend this place for any services. The rating for this store should be lower than what it has got it now.

Please be aware that Beyond the Box will be recording you when you enter their premise. They will not tell you this.
And generally, a very bad customer experience.
Update: I have not had multiple repairs at this place. This has been the first and last time. And while Justin's response sounds reasonable if you think he's only talking about recording video, he forgot to mention this company records audio too. Make up your own mind about businesses that do that, I guess.

Fantastic customer service from the Essendon team. Our iphone 11 battery died. It was replaced within a cuppla hours. It is needed for work so the speed and efficiency was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

I came in with my Mac & upon arrival was greeted by Trinity, she was helpful from the very start and walked me through the process. The team at Beyond The Box, kept me updated on the repairs via phone call and I was grateful for it. I was greeted again by Trinity, once my Mac was ready for pickup and I will 100% will be coming back here in the future.

MacBook with failing screen was repaired under Apple warranty in less than 2 days.
Never have I been let down by Beyond the Box and I am always happy in my dealings with you and your business, but this was above and beyond (the box).

I picked up my Macbook pro and it was like new! The service was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly, they changed my spacebar because it had a scratch on it without me asking, service like this is rare. Thanks guys, very happy.

My MacBook Air needed a repair which was done quickly at no cost (as it was still under warranty).

Had not used BTB before. I was able to get an appointment same day, problem sorted and returned the next day. Service Report was comprehensive. Easy to find and park in front!

BTB have taken care of all my children's MacBook issues for years. Not being remotely tech savvy I find the issues are always explained clearly, the service friendly and repair time fast.

Our experience at Beyond the Box was excellent. Professional team that met all our expectations with good prompt service.

Unfortunately every time I’ve been to beyond the box in person they’ve been quite rude, condescending and unhelpful, very poor customer service. Would not recommend
