Betty's Burgers & Concrete Co reviews
71 Very average burgers, nothing special about the sauce except full of mayo and bread quality is poor.
Music way too loud to enjoy a meal and hygiene and cleanliness towards the bathroom in poor stage. Will give it a miss
Very popular and urban vibes at this place, was served by a polite young man named Jacob (I think) who helped me through the menu and select the right option for me! Will definitely be back soon!
Always is amazing. Been here a few times and it's always a great experience. Burgers are so good. Will definitely return.
Was not worth the fuss, there was a queue, burgers were over priced and weren't even that good.will not be returning
Smallest burger you can find at overpriced rate of $15 with no sides included at all.thats just the price of 1 burger.even bun is smaller than KFC's bun.you have to pay for sides extra.this is a total rip off in my opinion.go somewhere else.not worth the money you pay for burgers.i was still hungry after eating at betty's and ate somewhere else so end up spending double money.
One of the best burger that I've tasted in my years of travelling around the world. It's juicy and mouth-watering.
Compulsory to order its concrete after the filling burger.
Normally I would recommend Betty's to friends, but their customer service has dropped since lockdown.
I was passing by and ordered a Peanut Butter Chocolate shake. Waited about 20mins for them to realise it was made and no one actually buzzed the order through.
This was not a busy night and they had two staff on at the counter.
I will say they did remake the shake when requested, so that is their only saving grace.
We ordered fries, onion rings and burger.food was totally burned and service was poor.its like u pay full but the quality u get is pathetic.
The burger is good but a little too salty for my taste. The onion rings is more flour than onions, but crispy. We have to chase up an order of chocolate peanut butter shake three times. The third time, the waitperson just pick up the drink from his cleaning station and hand it to us. Not sure how long it has been sitting there. We weren't the only one to have trouble with our order, another person asked for a refund because she had been waiting half an hour for her drink. In hindsight we should have followed her example and asked for a refund as the shake is way too sweet with no hint of peanut butter.
Food was left sitting on a shelf in view while the workers chatted.waited twenty three minutes to be served before going to the counter to ask for it.received it cold and soggy.not coming back.
Brought home a couple of Betty’s deluxe burgers. The soft buns were very delicious. Loved the Angus beef patty and crispy bacon. The trimmings consisting of pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, onion and cheese were such a great combination. And of course, to tie it all together, Betty’s special sauce. Service was cheery and it didn’t take too long for my order to be ready. Betty’s is a growing franchise and it’s clear it’ll be around for awhile!
Have been there twice and both the times the staff was wondering around. No sense of urgency for people waiting outside to dine in. Terrible service from the servers. No wait times updated and they just leave you wondering. Terrible place, I do not recommend
My 11 year old son just likes a very simple burger, with a patty and tomato sauce. I ordered one as a meal, with a small chips and a small lemonade and paid $17 for it. As I've never been to this place before, I thought the burger may be large (I didn't ask for a kid's meal). What we got was very disappointing. The burger was in the size of a cheeseburger from Macca's, the bun was all squashed up, the patty dry. It was a takeaway meal, otherwise, I would have complained to the manager. I don't understand why there is such good reviews for this place. It was definitely the first and last time.
Busy place, standard Betty's Burger menu, park and walk to the location, service was polite but not warm. Burgers are really good and tasty. $ can add up though with extras and drinks.
Went in for a quick bite to eat, and very happy. Food came out quickly and hot. Everything was very tasty.
The burgers are great and they are halal too! However, the portion sizes are ABYSMAL. 6 onion rings in a too large plastic cup? A dozen chips again in a too large cup. Burger sizes are pretty small. For a two person meal I spent over $85 dollars. Not worth another trip for me, sadly. I'll stick with McDonald's and Hungry Jack's.
The best Beef burgers in Melbourne. Order the Betty's classic with a side of fries and sauce and you won't regret it. Lunch hours usually have a 15-20 min wait. The orders are quick and the staff manages the queue well. The beef and grilled chicken is halal which is a plus. Over all a great place to eat.
Bare Betty is the shiizzz you taste the juices of the meat without bread obstructing you! Nomnom. First burger place I’ve been to that charged for tomato sauce. Strange. BUT Service is very attentive too which is muy bien!
A slightly upscale hungry jacks but much pricier. The chips and the peanut butter shakes were the best things that's why we gave the three stars otherwise we'd give two. There were four of us eating and we weren't fussed on the burgers at all. My lettuce was brown on the tips with a bug hole and didn't appear washed. It was a turn off to be honest.
Great place and burgers! Got to know about Betty's burgere from a few friends who rated the place so highly. Their recommendations turned out to be super spot on. Tried "Spicy Chicken" burger, and, without a doubt, it is one of the best burgers I've had in the recent past.
