Recently just went to Betty Burgers the food was great and they had great customer service! Sean was our waiter and he was able to get us a seat quickly even though it was busy and checked up on us to see how the food was and if we needed anything else. Would definitely recommend!

Shroom Burger is one of the best Burger's I have ever had. The service at this place is top notch especially a young gentleman named George who helped me with my order. Would recommend this place to all my friends.

Our first Betty’s Burger on our first trip to Australia and it was delicious. What made our trip memorable was the wonderful reception from Lucy, she was very helpful finding a table and she checked on us to make sure everything was ok, she definitely went above and beyond.

It gets pretty busy at dinner time but wait times are not usually too long. Really nice burgers and shakes, fairly reasonably priced as well.

Outstanding burgers. Little pricey but happy to pay for their burgers. Only chips are little disappointing (amount & quality).

Ordered takeaway for pickup, Super busy but staff were amazing. Food doesn't dissapoint! And decent value. Will be back again to see what the dine in experience is like.

I had their spicy Chicken burger and it was really good! The chicken filet was beautifully done and crispy. Nice soft bun. Can't wait to come back and try a beef burger.

Really solid CBD burger joint, love the tunes and atmosphere inside the venue especially. The service is super quick with a deli style pickup from the counter system.

Love the buns the smash style patty’s are wrapped in, the fries are also particularly great, I think keeping the skins on really adds to the flavour and uniqueness.

The special Betty’s sauce is a also an awesome take on the familiar “special burger sauce” were all familiar with.

I keep going back because I love their vegan burger so much as someone who doesn't eat dairy products. The vegan burger is so filling and tasty that you wouldn't be missing out on anything

Our table rotated nearly 90 degrees when i went to go collect my order which resulted in a full large drink spilling everywhere including over my brother. Wasn't even offered a replacement drink or an apology. The burger which i collected after the incident was also soggy

Burgers were wet and soggy. Bacon was stringy. $53.00 for two burgers and two fries. Revolting.

Terrible customer service asked for a table not next to the serving window even though there had to be twenty free tables was told no

Not so good. Don't know what's all the fuss about this place interior's cute and the thick shakes are delicious. Our favourite is chocolate peanut butter. Although last time we got there our drink was sitting on the bench for a long time so when we got it it wasn't even cold (they made the thick shake as soon as we placed our orders and the drink was sitting there at the counter until the burgers are ready, we're sitting right next to the counter) oh and it's way over-priced.

Really really friendly staff and a really cute and gorgeous style of decoration. The food was suuper delicious too (got a shroom burger and fries - both were amazing) Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice burger dinner~

Shroom burger was delicious, though the gooey cheesy inside of the burger patty can burn your mouth. Fries arrived fairly cold though.

The service was absolutely amazing. All the staff were amazing. Food was lovely. Just as shout out to Chrissy & Anika. 10/10 ladies.

Had some dietary requirements in our group and staff was incredibly helpful in assisting and making sure everything was ordered and irritated correctly
