Friendly staff. Burgers are delicious. The classic is a must! Busy at nights with what I am assuming are uni students. Great location.

Catherine the service staff was great. We enjoyed the atmosphere. Burgers were ok, would be better if the bread of the buns was a bit more substantial.

The biggest gripe was the excessive and unnecessary use of single-use drink ware, serve ware etc. Even when you dine in, you get wasteful paper and plastic takeaway drink cup and all burgers and concretes come in disposable products too. Would love to see this franchise wake up to the wants and needs of their customers.

Betty’s burgers have great staff who are friendly and enthusiastic about there job, one in particular Gia Argyros, she was very welcoming and showed confidence in her job.

The food are beautiful and so tasty, yummm.price also reasonable and the best drink is ginger beer (the actual alcohol).

I had dinner tonight at around 7: 00 when I was served by a girl named Brooke. I had the veggie burger and it was DELICIOUS! 10/10

I absolutely love betties burgers. Great food especially the concrete. I would recommend the lemon raspberry cheesecake. The location was great as well as the atmosphere. To top it all of it was great overall service but especially the waitress Ella she made a big effort to make it a good night out. I would definitely come back!

I tried the shroom burger here it was very nice. I also had the french fries with the betty's special sauce, i really liked the sauce. Also I think the customer service is great, the waitress Sharon was very patient and nice and made my friends and I feel very comfortable at Betty's Burgers. Thanks for the great food and great service!

Decent service, great location and general aesthetic. The food is also fantastic, just don't know if it's worth the price tag.

Teenagers love this place! As someone who tries to avoid packaging, I was a little disappointed that the eat in option was still served in disposable packaging. We enjoyed the food. The ambience is a fun atmosphere. Blankets available for those at outdoor tables.

Got one burger and a milkshake for $20. Flavours there but definately a excessive premium. Not good value.

Have been to Betty’s burgers many times and the burgers and chips are amazing. I have a seafood allergy and they have always looked after my order. The manager Andy is fantastic and friendly. Great staff and chefs as well.

I really enjoyed my experience at betty’s burgers I felt welcome by Georgia Argyros especially, she showed that she knew her job well and was happy to assist us.

May not be as perfection like its city branch or Adelaide branch, but there’s something nice about have a local burger spot that really has quality burgers and quality eats. The Betty double will tick all the boxes.

Great burgers, however a little lengthy waiting time (25 mins). Great it was cooked fresh, however when i went here i noticed it was extremely quiet in the restaurant, i was wrong. They were processing large numbers of delivered orders while i waited. The burgers are definitely worth trying, but just be aware you might not want to order lunch here if you are in a hurry, or see if you can pre order online and pick up.

The raspberry cheesecake concrete was great. Tasty and full of flavour. My pork belly tasted good when I got a mouthful of pork. Not great that a third of the bun was meatless. They probably needed 3/4 pieces of pork rather skimping with 2. Oh well, I hear it's coming off the menu. The other burgers were reported as tasting nice.
