Jonathan made the experience as enjoyable as possible and made dining in stress free and comfortable. Definitely deserves some more appreciation in a promotion or pay rise

The Betty's Classic is my favourite. I only recently tried Betty's and I was sold after one bite. Buns soft, patties crispy outer with juice properly cooked middle. Choc peanut butter shake was delicious.

Came here instead of cafe or bar for a bit of dessert and reading. Very friendly service, nice dessert. Deco and ambiance is young and modern.

Was decent but the burgers were very oily and made the bun soggy and sloppy, the bacon was dripping with oil.the customer service was ordinary.

Came here with my partner on a cheeky date to enjoy some good burgers.

We arrived and waited in line for an uncomfortable amount of time and made our order after about 15-20 minutes of waiting in line. There was only one girl manning the front which didn’t seem right considering how busy the restaurant was.

After we ordered we sat outside and waited… and waited… and waited. We were given our drinks first which is standard practice in this restaurant but we had enough to completely finish their largest size drink that’s how long we waited. After about 50 mins of waiting we finally got one item of our food… the ice cream, which we requested to get after we had finished our burgers (they offered this option to us). The ice cream was quite good.

The girl had assumed that we got our food already to which we stated we hadn’t. By this time I could tell there were a lot of unhappy patrons just waiting for their food.

After an hour we finally received our food! Unfortunately, the quality of the food compared to how long we had to wait for were not up to par.

The fries were flavourless, stale, and almost cold. The onion rings tasted nice but were also not hot.

One of the burgers (crispy chicken) had tomato on it even though I requested it to be removed. The chicken inside was thankfully juicy, flavourful and crispy, topped off with a nice soft bun.

The Shroom burger we got didn’t really hit the same as it did in the past. The mushroom tasted like it was microwaved even though it was coated in a fried batter.

Overall, I’ve had much better from this restaurant chain, and have waited much less to get my food. The staff were friendly but didn’t seem too fussed by how long people were waiting. It seemed to me that the place was heavily understaffed.

Children's vs adults chicken burger almost identical (who knew). A bit overcooked chicken though. Service a as rather poor on our visit shake was ready much later than the meal and had clearly been made a long time ago (all malty and runny). Not an enjoyable experience for a premium price will likely avoid in future.

Tables were sticky, my “spicy” chicken burger came to my table cold my partners burger was dripping grease I guess I’d kind of understand if it was busy but they had 4 customers in total paid $56 for cold food very disappointed

Tried the Shroom burger and loved it! That was a different taste altogether. I expected that a mushroom burger would have a large fried Portobello mushroom, but this was quite a unique preparation. Nice!

The decor is fantastic. By keeping the space open with minimalists design, Betty's have made the joint inviting.

Staff are all young, and they make the environment lively and friendly.

Highly recommended, so far been to Betty's burgers twice and was satisfied the both times, Noosa classic surf burger highly recommend, onion rings are delish, chips are ok

I enjoyed the food very much and I was served by a very kind staff member named Emily. Overall excellent experience would come back again.

Horrible service the 15 yr old girls laughed at me as i was ordering and the m inced meat was not even cooked properand tasted horrible i nearly puked

Extremely hit or miss. Sometimes the beef burger patties are great and crispy with the right amount of juiciness, other times they’re completely undercooked, raw on the inside and inedible. At least they were apologetic, offered a refund and remade them. But then those ones were overcooked and tasted like cardboard. Maybe Google how long to grill a burger next time xx

I come to this Betty’s burgers exclusively! Tonight I asked the girl serving me her name! She’s always bubbly and super polite. Emily if you see this I’d like to say that you give me the true hospitality experience! Keep up the great job!

It's a nicer than average fast food place, but don't expect high quality food at such a cheap price. I would visit again but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit it.
