I’m so impressed by all of the staff I encountered here last Thursday evening, the place was really quiet and I have a few kids and they can sometimes be a lot. The staff were all so lovely, from the person that greeted us at the door to the girl at the counter and then the really nice guy that was making the food, it really seemed like they genuinely cared and that’s just so rare these days. On top of that - the burgers were awesome (as usual) we ordered takeaway during lockdowns but will definitely be eating in more often!

Ok so ill start with saying i was hesitant coming here with my group of friends as i wasn't a big fan when i tried it at a different location.but! I'm glad we came to glen Waverley Bettys today!
A: service was friendly
B: the burgers were delicious! Very happy with the quality of the meat and even the chicken! Buns are so soft and pattys are full of flavour salted perfectly and crispy edges like a smash burger! Fries and thick chips were nice too.
Im not a shake fan with burgers but we had to order the chocolate peanute butter one because.well hello? It's choc and Pb! And maaaan it was delicious! Fullll and satisfied! Thanks BB team.

Ordered through Betty’s burgers for delivery while they were open on Uber eats, had the order confirmed, and submitted as completed and awaiting pickup. Uber driver arrived at the restaurant and the entire place was closed, order still sitting as awaiting pick up. If the store is closed I understand cancelling the order, but not after I’ve been waiting 45 minutes and the order has been “made” and a driver has gone out of their way to pick it up for no reason. Turn off your availability on Uber eats if you’re quite literally not going to be there to complete the order.

After my recent trip to glen waverley, i popped in for the burger.turned out to be really expensive, even though it was just a chicken one.the price is pretty high, but they put more attention into the burgers here than they do back at hungry jacks, kfc or any of the other places.would give it 5 stars, but i'm salty that they emptied my wallet haha

even the inside of the place looked nice.eating there was a great experience, so i guess you're paying for that rather than the food?

Such a cool little shop! Great food and excellent staff. Indoor and outdoor seating gives you lots of options. Thickshakes are 10/10. Highly recommend!

Ordered through deliveroo. Not that great at all. Rather get a maccas classic angus for the price.

I have consumed burgers from all corners of this country. From fancy establishments to the risky “pop up cafes. Nothing has left me speechless as Betty’s Burgers and Concrete Co in Glen Waverley. I kid you not my friend this place will leave you in a better state than a tinder date on Valentine’s Day.

Came here to only get the cookie butter concrete. Instead got some kind of cookie hazelnut mixture. I spoke to the manager and got a refund. I was not notified that they ran out of biscoff and all staff were suppose to tell customers to pick something else. Obviously still ordered a cookie butter and got a compromise. Lucky we are not allergic to nuts. Could be something serious. Something for manager to consider

Every single time I come here I can never complain. The food is always absolutely outstanding always fresh and amazing ingredients used. It is one of my favourite places to eat. Workers are always a pleasure to talk to, they do their job well.

Ate there tonight. 7: 10pm order. Took 35 minutes for 2 burgers (no sides) to be ready. Burger buns were soggy as if they had been sitting for 10 minutes before being ready. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

The crew in this restaurant lacks leadership. Everyone is running around like headless chooks and the key dispatch lady keeps opening the burger boxes to check the content of the burgers. I waited 45 min for my meal and another 30 min for my drinks.

Good food, chips were tasty, burger came as customised, no issues. Milkshake tasted nice and chocolatey, and great dining experience, particularly with social distancing requirements being met.

Had a great experience on Friday the 8th of January at your Glen Waverley store. Ordinarily, the buzzer goes off and I pick up my food. This time however, your server, Clo was all over it! Not only was she service with a smile, but she picked up my food for me so I didn't need to. I even got talked into a concrete. Deliscious!

FOOD: The burgers were good! A bit steep for the price but it’s fairly standard for Glen.

The onion rings were $6. You get exactly 7 rings in a small cup. I think if the portions were scaled up it would be 5 stars for sure.

STAFF: Friendly and helpful staff that made sure they were there if I needed assistance.

Forgot to give half the order on Uber eats and the guy we spoke to was rude and hung up when we asked him about the refund process.

Had the lobster roll. It so good. Apparently only on for a short time. I also got to spin the lucky lobster wheel. When you spin you get a prize (i got a free crispy chicken burger). Thanks. Will try to com back before the lobster roll before it goes. I rate it.

Waited a long time to order with very few customers in front of us. We only ordered concrete, and when came out it was quite melted and unappealing. I could understand if it was peak service time but we were only one of about 5 tables at the time. The burgers are good though!

Burger buns are amazing so soft & squidgy, and overall the meat, salad and sauce make for a good burger flavour!
The chips however were pretty flavourless.
I was there Monday 20th Jan 30 mins before closing time, unsure of her name but one of the girls working who was packing down the chairs was soo fkn nice! Despite the store closing soon she was so welcoming and friendly!
