Best Western Plus The Carrington

Held a function here for a pre wedding lunch. The staff are always amazing, the food is great, and the room is luxurious!

Attended a party at the conference room. Meals were amazing and service was top notch. Would consider having an event here in the future.

The motel is very well positioned - directly opposite Victoria Park lake and only a short walk to central Shepparton shops & restaurants. The room itself was clean, and the bed comfortable with surprisingly good pillows. I didn't love the shower - although it had great water pressure and heat the open design results in water going all over the floor. The room has very basic breakfast facilities. There's a toaster & kettle, with cups, mugs and teaspoons, but no other plates or cutlery.

Stayed in the executive suits upstairs. Rooms were well fitted, clean and comfy. Well situated opposite the lake gave chance for a good jog and nice view.

Great location. Neat & tidy room. Room service available - I used this service & food was delicious. Would stay here again

Definitely return to this venue. The restaurant was 5 star and the rooms extremely comfortable.

Room was spacious and clean. Location was excellent. Staff were not very helpful when asked if we could change room to a lake view. Not a welcome feeling to the hotel which was a shame because the room and facilities were lovely.

Great rooms for a motel! Really enjoyed my stay there. A la cart hot breakfast with continental buffet was terrific. Would stay again.

One of the worst I been in my life.
I paid for Queen Delux and I got a small room full of mosquitoes/ spiders. My room at my house is bigger than this room. Regret to come here

Service was good. My flight was late but receiption is willing to wait to check me in. Given a room that is near the conference room so it's quiet enough. Room is a bit dated and breakfast is not too appealing. Otherwise all good.
