Best Western Plus The Carrington

A surprsingly lovely place to stay. On the outside it looks like any typical motel, but once inside you see a very well appointed room with no expence spared. Highly recommended.

Hi dear all, I really wanna leave my comment here for the great dining experience in Carrington Shepparton last night, which encourage them to continue their wonderful service.
Like the dining environment, elegant and quiet, situate for function, business and also family catch-up. The pork belly entree was nice, even the pork skin was slowly cooked, so tender and juicy, wasn't chewy like what I orderd from other restaurant.
And the Scotch Steak was spot on, the pepper sauce was good without bity flavor, didn't make me cough like other restaurant's cooking did. And the Salad wasn't cold but fresh, felt so comfortable to swallow in winter.
The staff was friendly enough, just a little piece of advice, if they can have someone always staying at the bar or at the dining hall will be so helpful, sometimes customers may have some unexpected help needed, it doesn't look good if nobody was there.
All in all, quite HAPPY experience, will definitely recommend to friends and visit agian!

Meal was excellent service good the chef has made excellent changes and it was lovely to sit a table with tablecloths and cloth napkins. Beautiful setting highly recommend

Staff is polite and accommodating. Room is not soundproof, but would not disrupt sleep. Very convenient location. Would come back for another holiday!

Great room, service and quietness. Just outside of the main town bustle, but close enough to walk in. Lake walk across the road is lovely. Highly recommended.

Blaze (reception) deserves 5/5 stars as her demeanour and her helpful ways made the stay enjoyable.
Must eat at the restaurant, food is if exceptional quality and service is awesome.
Definitely a must stay place when visiting Shepparton.

Always an enjoyable and comfortable place to stay. The food in the restaurant is exceptional which is only topped by the staff (Blase and Linda) who always keep me entertained when having to eat alone (When travelling). Thank you it is appreciated.

A lovely hotel. Rooms are a bit close together so could hear other people. Pool was good, bed was great, spa was great. Probably a tad expensive but would do it again.

Clean, modern, very comfortable bed and excellent high powered shower. Room had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Lovely park across the road to walk around. We would stay again if passing via Shepparton

Great stay, Mary (at reception/check-ins) was extremely accommodating, I drive an electric car and was allowed to charge using the outdoors power socket. The coffee and restaurant were awesome and the rooms very clean and presentable. Staff are awesome would highly recommended

Worst Experience Ever. I stayed 1 night and had no internet or Wi-Fi connection. When I requested help, they did nothing to assist or accommodate me. Reception & Management were inefficient and refused to give me my tax invoice. I had to ring and email them every day for over a week & they still refused. Don't bother with this place. So unhelpful, more training in customer service needed.

Motel rooms look dingy from outside and dont get me started on their observant mini bar prices.

One of the best places to stay at Shepp. Centrally located. Try to get a room in the front house rather than the outside units. The food at the restaurant is outstanding.

Extetnally the units are old and tired.
A makeover inside has made the room more pleasant. There was a problem when I checked as the booking had been cancelled.
The breakfast was OK.
I will be staying elsewhere when I return to Shepparton.

Very nice motel always updated and friendly staff and lovely restaurant and the food is gòod to also in great position with nice view and short walk to shopping centre

Amazing room, amazing service.
Didnt want to leave, the king bedn is to die for. So comfy! Great view of the lake. Very relaxing. Already planning when we are coming back!
