We stayed for just one night. Room was lovely, bed comfy. Shower bit on the small size. Overall nice room

Nice place to stay, staff are very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again, the restaurant does a great breakfast as well.

Lovely comfortable king size bed and modern bathroom facilities, pool is great but would suggest that they install handrails for entry to the pool as the steps can be a problem for more mature patrons or for anyone with a slight disability

Had a booking here checking in Sunday night. No one around, ghost town, very unprofessional. You can book but never check-in.

Second time at this hotel. Great service and beautiful dining room. Renovations have finished and so now there are extra rooms and a great pool

Service was a total unprofessional. Booked 4 rooms, 1 month out for our party. Even went in a sorted the rooms the day before. The staff had no idea what was going on. Will not be staying there again

I booked 2 single beds as I was with my adult son. When we arrived there was only one bed in the room and our options were to have 2 separate rooms or a roll out bed. We decided to leave as there was no apology from Mary.bedbed anweroffered

Rooms are comfortable and big enough. Rooms get good service just sometimes you will here your neighbor noises which is a bit annoying in the mornings.

Beautiful place to stay. The reception staff were so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was spotless, view of the lake was gorgeous, bed linen was so soft and lush. Bed was so comfortable. Like sleeping on a cloud. Extra pillows and blanket in dust proof bags were a nice touch. Bathroom was huge. Spa was so relaxing. If I could have taken the arm chair home I would have! Only thing missing is there were no bubbles for the spa. Thank you for a great nights stay.

This is the place where we stayed for Mitchell and Zoe's wedding. Nice apartments. We all had a great time.

We only attended the function area, the staff where very attentive and the food was very nice and well presented.

Beautiful meal, good variety of wines and great staff made for an enjoyable night out. Happily go back again.

Staff are a joy, rooms are very comfortable but the kitchen earned the fifth star i would not hesitate to make the six and a half hour journey from Portland again.

Really lovely place to stay at. Service was excellent and meals delicious! Its across the road from lake Victoria. Walking around the lake is a lovely way to end the day.

The nicest place I've stayed in Shep. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The restaurant is amazing. I travel here for work frequently, The Carrington has become my home away from home!
