Best Western Airport Motel & Convention Centre

Nice clean rooms with good facilities but, room had speed bumps outside which were noisy. Food was nice but no breakfast available and it was expensive. Don't book a studio room they are small. Staff were nice but not outstanding.

Recently held a conference for 30 and can highly recommend the Best Western Attwood. Gareth was exceptional with setting up, helping throughout the three day conference and any changes we required were always met with ease and a smile.
Food was exceptional and rooms clean.

I stayed her 30th of May to June 2nd and I was very impressed. I was in a situation I won’t get into in this review but short story is I was in Oakleigh and had already bought the room but my phone was 2% and Uber was not allowing my American bank card to be used and I thought I would not be able to get there. I gave them a call to see if it was possible to have the shuttle come get me but they don’t do that after explaining everything that was happening one of the staff ordered me an Uber themself to get me there when it was 1% because she didn’t want me to freeze to death with a dead phone. Upon arriving I told her I would be paying her the money for the Uber and on the 1st I paid it back.

The manager I do not know his name but he’s a younger Asian guy was also was extremely helpful. I am someone with a disability and they showed memo thing but kindness and went above and beyond for me the entire time I was there.

The room was modern and very clean you have a 45” flatscreen mounted tv in the room (Atleast in mine room 31 is disability friendly). The shampoo is good a little goes a long way the soup is bar in a small sealed package and bubbles nicely. There is a kettle, a fridge and coffee/tea/milk. Kitchen was closed do to the stage 4 restrictions so I didn’t get to try the food. All and all I must say I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book before flight. I honestly don’t know how anyone didn’t have 5* ratings here. There is even a pool but no one swam in it because it’s winter but it looks very clean. Next time I am in Melbourne I am going to book this place again.

Convenient hotel to stay if you have an early morning flight. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Shuttle bus takes you to and from airport. We chose the park and stay option, we got 7 nights free parking and paid just $8 per day for the remaining 3 days we were away on holiday.

Good location, quiet hotel, good prices. Rooms are well renovated. Bed was very firm though and made for a tough sleep.

Friendly and helpful staff, motel isn't too far from the airport but it is a bit of a walk to local services. Conference facilities are good. The room itself was modern and clean with nice linen and clean towels. Coffee and tea making facilities in room plus a small refrigerator.

Very comfortable room, nice modern fittings. The shower was great, the bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, Tv was very good. This room was located in a different building and a few minutes walk to reception and restaurant, but not bad. Very very helpful and friendly reception staff, they helped print some business documents when I needed them. The restauraunt was nice with good food and friendly wait staff.

Great service. Room condition was great also. If you are staying close to Airport, the price value is great specially considering the Free shuttle to Airport.

I was surprised with the service i received and how lovely the rooms are at this motel. Unfortunately i missed my flight to qld and had to stay somewhere until my flight the next morning and the staff accommodated to my needs. Exceptional customer service, nice rooms, and cheap car parking while you go on your trip. They also have a shuttle:) Thanks!

Great food, comfortable rooms, big bath with heaps of hot water, excellent staff and close to the airport. Good value, definitely stay again

Neat and clean. Everything reasonably presented. Amenities provided. Rooms aren't soundproof but it is convenient for people who have to catch flights. TV and entertainment is good.

We had the Getaway Parking Package when we flew to Bali for a two week holiday - 1 Nights accommodation and 7 Days car storage for $190 plus $8 per days for extra days car storage with courtesy bus to and from the airport. Great economical service that allows you to wake up not long before needing to be at the airport (we live approx two hours from Tullamarine Airport) and leaving your car there for the duration of your holiday.

I wouldn't recommend because the rooms were very noisy and the shuttle took 30 minutes to pick us up from the airport. In addition, it is the standard in Australia to charge the child rate for ages 16 and under. However, this hotel charged us the adult price for our 13 year old. They also like to nickel and dime you for everything, including lattes at the breakfast buffet - they cost extra.

So noisey. Like a ghost was making love in the hallway. Good bed and clean room. Parking was not the best. Good position for airport but I won't stay there again. Breakfast was exellent

Fantastic for the price point. Close to Melbourne airport, shuttle service, room service, free sports channels. Good sized rooms. Restaurant. Comfortable. And great layout overall- out rather than up. I like

Fabulous hotel with efficient and friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and the shuttle bus service was spot on, even though we arrived very late at night. I would highly recommend the Best Western Airport hotel and will definitely stay again.

Great location as so close to the airport, The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. In fact I was quite impressed with the professionalism of the staff.

I did not realize that you could leave your car there while travelling so I will definitely take advantage of this service next time. Very impressed and will use this motel in the future.

Excellent place to stay. Food is great and they have a excellent free transport too and fro at the airport. I will recomend it to anyone who is traveling through.

Our stay at Best Western Attwood is always a pleasure, we are treated with prompt service good rooms and great service, the fact that we can leave our car with them and be taken and picked up to and from the airport takes all the worry out of travelling either in the country or overseas.
