Best Western Airport Motel & Convention Centre

Stayed in the hotel several times as a stop over between Jetstar flights. It's clean, spacious, and has a free shuttle. It's a good alternative to airport hotels. As an added bonus, within 5 minutes walk from the property, there is a park with lots of birds and dogs to watch, a supermarket, a coffee shop and a tavern. I would stay there again.

Great dinner here. Staff were fabulous. The room was comfortable. I was woken a couple of times to the planes flying over head. Shuttle bus to airport was easy.

Location and shuttle service were my criteria when I choose the motel. On my arrival at the airport, I rang them for pickup and the shuttle came in 25 minutes. The next day to the airport was just as easy, book the shuttle.
The room was comfortable and clean.

Fabulous find. Real little gem of a motel. Loved everything including the shuttle service they provide free of charge. Highly recommend for stay overs before flights and parking while away. Wish more businesses were this good.

Great stay. The rooms were neat and comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was fantastic.

I don’t usually give a feedback but because of their good service and very accomodating staff I can recommend this as one of the best accomodation near Tullamarine Airport. Keep up the good work, see you again in our next visit. Maria

You go for the convenient airport access not a holiday, rooms adequate for that purpose, large conference centre, dating but clean and excellent airport shuttle.

Had to stay overnight in Melbourne due to flight changes. The convenience of being picked up and dropped off took the stress out of waiting for taxis, on site restaurant was lovely, food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Great motel service is amazing and the airport shuttle is great, rooms very clean and good Wifi.

Beautiful cabin. Everything you need for an overnight stay before and after a flight. Cabin was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the top sheet wasn't clean, it looked as though the cleaners had put the top sheet back on from the previous guests as it had a coffee stain in the middle of the bed where it was folded over. For me that was gross.

Very nice setup with shuttle bus to the terminals. The rooms and restaurant are great, although it'd be nice if it was open a little later in the evening, but it's the staff who really stand out. The receptionists are friendly and efficient and even arranged the shuttle bus to drop me off at my car hire garage instead of the terminal. Could hardly ask for more.

Everything was excellent. Comfortable room, happy hour, restaurant food was great. Hospitality was exceptional. Shuttle was helpful to get us to and from the airport early morning. Friendly staff made our stay great. Great price for the night. Thankyou

Booked in at the last minute due to a cancelled flight. Excellent facilities and price. Staff were incredibly helpful providing the necessities as I travelled without anything.

Simple, but clean and purposeful (a microwave would be great though). Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location with the courtesy bus is very convenient to airport. Thanks

Very clean & comfortable. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Good breakfast. Rates were much better than hotels at the airport and they provide a free shuttle bus to the airport. Close to public transport. Definitely recommend.

Stayed here over the Easter break. Service, hospitality and friendliness is more than 5 star. The staff are amazing and cannot fault this hotel and staff in anyway. Amazing people.

Such a great place! Omg best, no joke, restaurant food I've had! I highly recommend the surf and turf its mouth watering. Now, I have a big sweet tooth but I literally couldn't finish my choc mousse so amazing! The room was clean. The staff are so friendly! And free transport from and to the airport was so helpful. Thank you guy's! Will be back

Recommend as the friendliest, most obliging and helpful staff members. They pushed out, deferred my husband's overnight booking prior to his eventual flight out twice. Looked after his mobile phone and hair brush which didn't get to New Zealand!? !? My booking for his return was rebooked three times due to Jetstar cancelling his flight three times due to COVID-19, but thanks to Air New Zealand he eventually met up with me and his phone 7 days later than his original return date.

Have stayed before if motel units. This time in the convention centre (unaware) and it was average at best all the facilities *they try, but it's old and falling apart
