72Completely got ripped off on service of my vehicle last week. They charged me for many things which i found even not been touched at all. The dust on the lid was as used to be, no hand print on it. Not going again.
Very professional, friendly team who went above and beyond to get me the exact car I wanted. Can, t recommend them highly enough.
I purchased my KIA Sorento 2 weeks ago. Due to the COVID restrictions and Living in the Country I wasn't able to go to Melbourne and inspect the car myself. Johnny J was amazing, he took a video of my car, with him explaining and showing everything as if I was there. Due to COVID everything was done online. I was sceptical buying online and without physically seeing the car, but was very pleased with the service and information Johnny J provided. If you are considering buying a car via online, I can assure you that you are in great hands. The car was delivered to my house via truck. The truck driver was lovely too. There was never any pressure from them to buy.
The service from Berwick Motors was awesome, as I said, if you are worried about buying your car online- don't be!
Nobodies buying cars and they still can't help a brother out (fyi: I'm not the brother in this situation)
I have been there for a repair under warranty but sadly refused. They said there is a accidental demage under chassis and cannot replace wheel bearing which has no connection I believe.
But kia karnival is a good family car so I have given those stars. They have given me a huge bill to decline under warranty fix our car.
One word to describe this dealership - "legendary". From my first call to my last signature the experience was simply amazing. You do not get pushed to buy buy and buy. You are guided thru the entire process to make an informed decision. The 2 Jonny’s – Used Car sales champion and his manager made our buying experience simply magical. Double thumbs up for them and the dealership. Honest and upfront. I am def going back to find another car and most likely their Stinger GT

Took my Kia Sportage to Berwick Kia for a first time for a service. Russell and Greg looks after me and my car very well.they did the health check on my car and told me what needs to be done.price was reasonable.
Customer service was good when someone actually came out to see us.
Other issue was we were waiting to pick up the car and nobody called to let us know we can get it.
We called to to find out after nearly a week.
Other than those 2 issues everything else was good.
Extremely impressed with the professionalism from the team at Kia Berwick. They made the process of purchasing a new car very comfortable and quick & I appreciated that no question was a silly question. Seyhan & Luke were a delight to deal with. When I picked up my car, I had a complementary photograph taken and could see the excitement from staff about my excitement, and for what it's worth, both photos taken were just as good as each other!
On that day, I was introduced to 3 staff from the servicing team and had the servicing process explained to me. I found the entire team very personable & I know that I will look forward to coming back. Very much appreciated & absolutely loving my new car!
I stood there for ages waiting for service and there were guys talking and joking with each other and then when they were finished they went on their phones
