Cashed up looking for a brand new cerato. Went inside to talk to salesman and was told 'get out! You're not allowed in here. No apologies no offer of help NO SALE. I do not recommend this place at all!

Recently dealt with Sales Manager Johny regarding selling my vehicle to this dealership. Communication was excellent, fair price offered and the whole transaction ran smoothly. Can not fault my experience.

An unfortunate incident happened to our “retirement” brand new Kia Sportage, which was very loved! 2 unlicensed teenagers stole a car and drove straight into the back of our parked car, shunting it over a block into our neighbour’s cars and was a write off. Our insurance company and everyone concerned were prompt, so we decided to go back to Kia to buy a replacement. Unfortunately, we could not afford another Sportage but were really happy with a $23,000 Cerato, low mileage and only a couple of years old.
We purchased the car from Badi at Kia Berwick Motor Group. Everything went smoothly until pick up. Contracts were signed and bank cheque presented. We were then told right before drive away that there was only one key for the car. As there are two of us using the car, this is quite inconvenient. Also, if that new key were to become broken or lost, we would not be able to use the car. This was not ever mentioned or disclosed before we purchased the car.
After pointing out how annoyed and upset we were when told we needed another $520 for another key, the Used Car Sales Manager (Johnny) finally offered to pay for half the key. After paying the excess for the previous car, dipping into retirement savings to pay the difference for the new (used) car, we are now expected to pay an additional $260 for keys that we should have been provided with (or at least told about so we could make an informed choice) with the car.
Point to be taken, make sure when purchasing a car, even from a highly reputable firm like Kia, that you find out you actually have two set of keys to be able to use and drive around in the car! An expensive lesson for 2 pensioners starting out in retirement!

I just bought a used car from here and the process was really easy. I was helped out by Steven Sfindilis who was really great and helped me to get a good price on my car. I highly recommend getting a car from Berwick Kia, and specifically meeting with Steven:)

Johny and Johny! What a lethal combo… bought a 98 Merc C180 with 13k km’s. It felt more like doing business with family. In a good way. Would do biz with both Johny’s any day.
5 star customer service + 5 star personalities = 10.

Fantastic service. 3 day turnaround on a repair during CoVid. Service manager (Greg?) kept me updated with honest and accurate advice. Couldn’t be happier.

Put my daughters car in for a service, new wipers and a new door seal Tuesday. The car was collected later in the day and taken straight home we discovered wipers had been replaced with inferior wiper blades, door seal was not fitted correctly and more importantly their is damage to the rear bumper bar where the car has been hit or another car hit in whilst in the custody and control of Kia. Someone has even tried to buff out the marks and put touch up paint on to cover it up. Called Kia to discuss - still waiting for a response? Car hasn't been anywhere lease save for Kia due to hard lock down - also I think it would be very strange for someone to hit it then try and buff it out and touch up paint in our driveway. Would appreciate a telephone call and explanation - only reasonable dont you think?

Jake was great! Super helpful, lovely and nice. He really knew what he was talking about and i felt so comfortable with him. He was honest and felt like i could really trust him. I would highly recommend Jake to all my friends and family to help get the best car for them:)

While the staff appear friendly and honest, some of them are typical car salesman. Say one thing about the finance arrangements and payment, then when I turn up to take the car away, have a completely different (much more expensive finance arrangement) with no consultation. When I bring it up, I am fobbed off and it is implied that I'm making things up.
Don't go here to buy a car.

Very poor. I knew that there sales team is hopeless, but there service department is even worst. I had trouble with my Kia optima showing engine light they kept telling me no issues. I took my car to KIA cheltenham and they fixed the issue straight away.very disappointed with their service.

But the guys who book the service they are very nice.very helpful

Great dealership. Enquired about a Kia Seltos and even though I ended up going with another Kia dealership as I had a contact, I found this dealership to be accommodating, laid back and not pushy at all. They had no issues allowing us to take the vehicle for a test drive, and it was a nice change to have an upfront and transparent salesmen. Thrilled that I'll be able to bring my Kia here for servicing.

Staff who work in servicing are super lovely and great communicators. They keep you updated and explain things thoroughly. The only suggestion I'd make is for some greater spacing in the waiting area.

$160 diagnostics fee to look at the car radio before they can tell me they can fix it? No thanks. Felt like the person was trying everything in their power to avoid fixing or even selling me a new radio for my Sorento.

It was great to meet Gagan for the test drive of Kia Picanto. We had plans to buy the picanto but because of the space we didn’t proceed with that. But Overall Gagan explained everything in detail and his offer for the car was worth every penny spent.
