Dropped my car off for service, got a call it was ready, the gentleman who called me to say it was ready then passed me on to a gentleman named Ryan who tried to rush the process without trying to explain what was done, proceeded to put payment through whilst I was talking and had questions regarding my car service, then open my car to see it wasn’t vacuumed (this service comes with the car service itself) no apology was given but instructions to take a seat it’ll be ready in 10 minutes. The convenience of getting your car serviced is that you get all that comes with it and then you get a call to say it’s ready to go, having to wait and being rushed through a pick up when you’ve gottomers who pay for service thathem leaving with a smile.
I would give the lovely lady 5 stars for reaching out as she had noticed I wasn’t getting any help at the desk so I do appreciate her acknowledgement and offer to see if I’m being helped.

Finally Got a brand new carnival platinum today. My dealer told me my order was delayed for another 1 month. Then I find Rachel in Berwick kia. She has a band new car with cheaper price. Most important it is in stock. With a wonderful and comprehensive introduction. Thank you!

Just taken delivery of my new kia Carnival We looked around a number
dealerships but once we met David the decision was made. David is knowledgeable, organizational and helpfulness. He was exceptional. We have already decided that we will go back to David for our next car purchase. Our whole experience from first visit to purchase from the team at Berwick Kia was a 10/10. Highly recommend

I attempted to schedule a service twice, selecting dates and times according to the website's availability, but they ended up booking for different dates. I'm curious why the availabilities aren't updated. Better to provide an updated timetable and customers choose their time.

Worst customer service TWICE. We want to book a car reached there at 4: 30pm on Saturday but salesman refuses to show us the car from inside. He told us that we shut at 5pm and we have locked all the cars and now you can only look from outside even there was still 30 mins to 5pm. Went again and same sales man was available. Told us very rudely that if you want to book then we don’t have 1 available to have a look and there will be nothing available for the next 12 months. Don’t want to answer any questions. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Berwick Kia what can I say, started with Arushi ringing me then Micheal helping through the process of everything from finance to insurance, always available when needed and can't thank him enough. Will recommend coming to see Micheal for their vehicle and finance needs.

This is related solely to a particular incident. I had my car towed in after a flat tyre on a Thursday and I got a call from Kia saying that an estimate would be provided to me later that afternoon. Didnt receive a call and then on Friday I had to call to get an update. I asked if I can also get the car serviced as well and was advised later on Friday afternoon that both can be done and the car delivered by Monday. No loan car provided as well.

Didnt receive a call on Monday and in the afternoon I followed up only to be first told that the replacement tyre still needs to come in but confident that we should have the service and the tyre replaced by the end of the day.

Again needed to follow up with the dealership on the status and the response was that couldnt do the service since the tyre had not arrived (not sure what the correlation here is) so will get the car back on Tuesday.

No call on Tuesday and I followed up in the morning. Spoke to one technician and they advised that the tyre had come in and were waiting for the service to be completed. Was advised that the status would be updated to me shortly. Received a text message saying that since the tyre hadnt arrived I will have the car returned the next day.

I followed up with a call and was advised that the earlier update was incorrect. Tyre had not arrived yet and they were trying to complete the car service and tyre replacement by Wednesday. I asked for a loan car and was advised none was available so I cannot get one.

I get that things sometimes dont happen as planned but this is not the customer service I was hoping to get from Kia. If things were taking time, I should have been organised a loan car straight away. All of this above pain would not have happened. I was considering to buy a second car from them but now I will consider otherwise and look elsewhere.

Where we live, public transport is not great which means that we rely on our car to get around. My wife has been taking Uber for the past week now and kids unable to go to school as no public transport available.

Not happy.

UPDATE: Changing the one star rating to three stars. The change is due to Berwick Kia making a genuine effort to resolve this situation. They managed to complete the required service and tyre replacement on Tuesday evening and handed me the car. The service done was really good and no complaints there.

Wonderful experience at Berwick Kia, bought 3 cars from Gagan and couldn't be happier. Gagan is extremely professional and will always assist where he can. Look for Gagan the next time you're at berwick kia, he will definitely take care of you.

Great Experience start to finish, Tracey was amazing to deal with and very helpful, highly recommend seeing her, we bought the Sorento GT and I can not fault it, the technology is second to none.

He took time to explain the features in details and advised us on the model/variant that would be best for us. He also organised a test drive without prior appointment and it helped us in making a decision and booking the car on the spot. Right from the beginning till the delivery of the car he has kept us informed on the progress. My experience with Berwick Kia for after sales service also has been very good. I will highly recommend the dealer and in particular Gagan for their friendly service.

I purchased a new Kia Sportage from Berwick KIA and their service is fantastic. The sales person was KT Nguyen, she was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and went through every detail in the car also gave us a test drive. The best sales person I came across. I highly recommend these people.

The service team is so good here that I drive past 2 other Kia dealerships.
They are fast, but most importantly they communicate really well with you.

I’d highly recommend Berwick KIA to anyone who is after a professional service. My wife and I went to a couple of other KIA dealers around before we bought our brand new KIA sportage and Berwick KIA was the place we felt like home.
