69Waited over an hour to then been seen by the doctor for less than a minute. Asked the reception twice why it was talking so long and just kept getting told I was next. Once I asked the third time the woman on reception realised the doctor had missed me twice. Very poor organisation as it seemed no one knew what was going on.
Probably the worst doctor I've ever been to. Receptionists are better qualified than Dr Kai, he was not helpful what so ever and struggled to communicate with me in a professional manner. Don't waste your time going here, you'll probably just leave more sick than when you walked in.
This is worst place to go for treatment, Dr Cai don't know what type of tests patients need to take.
This is the second time we faced the problem with this medical centre
This place is disgusting. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Doctors beyond inexperienced. Had 3 seperate issues there and now will be making a formal complaint. They should not be open. Disgrace. Avoid. Avoid.

Absolutely bad service. GP exploiting medical system by issuing blood test which automatically books them another session so they can read you the results. Bulk billing but major exploitation of the system
Staff, from walk in to walk out, were friendly and efficient. Dr cai and nurse tien were fantastic, thorough, engaging, easy to talk to. I've already recommendedto a friend. Great experience.
Won't properly name him on this public post, but I'll leave a hint for his workplace to know which doctor I'm refering to, but let's just say, the old male doctor there, Dr R_ C_ was very unhelpful, smug and rude.
When I politely pressed Dr C_ for some responses several times, he wouldn't even answer me and kept typing on the PC, and in the end tried to simply send me on my way without even helping me for why I was there in the first place. He was completely smug, rude, and a waste of time.
Fortunetely the female receptionist that was working at night, was at least extremely polite and had manners.
Dr Gade has been looking after me now for the last 18 months and l couldn't be happier. She has helped me greatly with her professionalism and advice. Thank you
