Dr David Blumberg is a superb practitioner. Patient, thorough and empathetic. Old school doctor with a patient-first mentality. Would highly recommend him.

Made booking on line 1 hour before appointment. Waited for a small time then received a professional doctors appointment. All bulk billed. Thumbs Up

The receptionist (name starting with V) is incredibly rude, unhelpful and unempathetic and the doctor was the same. Will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!

The reception staff is friendly. Waiting time very minimal. Doctor is kind. Wait for the end result after therapy period done in a few weeks.

I was a new patient wanting to get a quick prescription because I had lost mine previously. I had my appointment over the phone which was efficient and easy, and the female doctor was thorough and understanding when asking me questions regarding the prescription. I appreciate that she took the time to ask me questions before just handing me a script, which many other doctors from different practices have done beforehand. I collected the script from the practice later that day and it was so efficient and easy, Would definitely recommend the telehealth appointment option if you were in a similar situation to me. Overall, helpful and friendly experience here!

Dr Ko and Dr Devine are two wonderful doctors, who look after us very well. I am very happy about the care I have here, and the knowledge of the doctors is updated and modern.
They do listen to the patients carefully, which is a quality what nowadays is not always easy to find when it comes to doctors, especially at a bulk billing clinic.

Got my stitches out the other day and realised that one of my stitches is still in there, unprofessional. Mind the pun but what a stitch up

Great practice where they bulk bill and you can book an appointment. David is an excellent doctor who is very thorough and knowledgeable

The extended hours and bulk billing is a great way to avoid the emergency room after hours. Although the clinic does get busy, especially after 6pm, we got amazing service and great care from the team:)

Always so slow - never any leads waiting time than 30mins+
Booked app 90mins ago and some how it’s got that late between now and then.
One bloke just stood up and said he’s been waiting an hr with a small kid.

I've been waiting here for 35 minutes now, waiting for one of the two doctors to see me (who aren't seeing anyone else at the moment). Instead of attending to the people waiting, one of the doctors is literally standing right in front of me talking to the receptionists about her evening dinner plans despite also saying she starts her shift at 3. It is now 3: 07 and they're discussing their next get-together

The doctor was late for half an hour.
After the test came back, the front desk said everything is fine and the doctor has no concerns. But they asked me to come in to discuss the results a week later when my symptoms have already gone. When I asked what for, the front desk just won’t give me any clue. I have to take a day off for a one minute clarification?

Never go here. Dr. Kai will have you wait nearly an hour to have see you for less than a minute. An awful and clearly incompetent doctor who has absolutely no idea what he is doing. I come in sick with flu like symptoms to be told that I am fine and there is 'absolutely nothing wrong' with me. Disgusting practice.

I've been very happy with the service I've received at Bentleigh Medical Centre after moving across town and having to give up seeing my very long-serving family doctor due to a two hour drive. It's been the only centre in a long list on this side of town to accurately diagnose a number of conditions and refer me to the correct specialists. Yes it's a lot of back and forth but that's just how the healthcare system works in Australia. And if you don't want to wait up to an hour (which even I have), then perhaps go to a non-bulk billing clinic or be accurate in your description when booking your service. They run late because of the time needed to spend with a patient, not because they're sitting there painting their nails! Lastly, it can take a long time to build a rapport with a GP so if it doesn't work the first time, perhaps keep looking until you find what's right rather than leaving an awful review straight up. Short of genuine malpractice and incompetence, there's no need for it.

Pictures of healthy people outside on window consists of 11people. 10 white blonds and one white light brown hair.so much for diversity.service was ordinary as Doctor refused to look up my medication to determine the dose.now i have to return again tomorrow. Very annoying.reception was nice.
