Really friendly staff! My friend's child is allergic to gluten and nuts, so they kindly checked the ingredients of several ice creams for us. Another friend was quite indecisive, and they let her select a few to try before finally choosing an ice cream. Will be back!

We called for a cake for our son’s birthday on the day, and they perfectly accommodated all of our requests, choosing an appropriate cake, inscribing with his name and even delivering to the venue. The whole service was amazing, they will be my go to for birthday cakes from now on!

The flavour of the cake is never an issue as it's always awesome but where this store stood apart was the customer service. After ordering my daughters birthday cake with them, then getting covid for her birthday, Rahul personally delivered the cake to us to make sure she had her dream cake on her iso birthday. We will certainly be back for cakes and ice creams in the future. Can't thank them enough.

We went instore to order a birthday cake and on the day received the wrong flavour. At that price and with no offer to compensate for the error, it was disappointing for our son’s birthday and we would definitely not buy here again.

Update: We were pleasantly surprised how willing Rahul was to resolve the issue we experienced. Rahul, thanks for offering such wonderful customer service and making our second occasion so memorable. The cake was delicious and exactly what we ordered - would highly recommend.

Never have gone with a 'gourmet' type ice cream Birthday cake before, but decided to give it a go this year. Managed to find through Ben & Jerry's website that ice cream cakes are a thing, however admittedly the general website needs a bit of an overhaul is it's pretty clunky.

Not to worry, after selecting Ben & Jerry's Brickworks as the store, it led me to a mobile number, which then led me to Rahul.

Rahul's customer experience and service was second to none. Took me through the whole experience start to finish. Complemented by plenty of social media presence @benandjerrysburwood, lots and lots of pics that displayed the skill and creativity as evidence, made it simple for me to decide to go ahead.

Best part, the cake was needed on a 10am Saturday morning party. Was pleasantly surprised that Rahul had no problems with meeting me at the store well before opening to personally hand over the cake. What a Gentleman. Awesome experience!

Most importantly, the kids loved the cake. Adults loved the cake. I loved the cake. Delicious!

Ordered 2 of the same cakes from Rahul and his team 1 week apart as we had to have 2 parties given current restrictions. It was amazing to see how they went above and beyond to deliver a cake that was in line with the design I told them I was trying to achieve. My son had asked for a Mariokart cake and I'd asked Rahul to help create a backdrop for me to put fondant decorations on, and they'd done an awesome job with this. Thank you for being so excited, and so willing to create a cake together with me for my son's 5th birthday!

Vegan coconut icecream is really delicious. I never ever had such a beautiful flavour before. Expecting some more flavour rather than chocolate or sorbet. Good customer service. I became regular customer now.
