Been going here for some time now! The best pallete cleanser after a meal! Lovely staff, as always! The place takes me back home! Love the Papa Smurf flavour!

I was walking along brickworks trying to find my pet ferret when i heard a remix of harry styles playing.knowing thats my pet ferrets favourite song, i immediately ran to this store to find her.i was mortified to see her being used to dry the floors! I immediately tried to snatch her up but the workers told me i had to earn her back, so i obliged.they immediately forced me into a Christmas sweater (in April btw) and taught me the dance.i learned it immediately and was better than everyone else there after that I didn't even get the cake so im pretty sad.attached is a photo of me rocking the dance moves and giving it all my energy.

My boys love Ben & Jerry Ice Cream here. You can custom to any of your favourite favours & colour. This is my go-to place for delicious ice cream cake. Great customer service & quality. My son cake turn up wrong colour for his party this year - the manage was very apologetic & give him a free cake on his birthday. Thank you. Always good customer service & yummy icecream cake that keep us coming back.

Their ice creams are really delicious, but their prices are a bit expensive.

Also in comparison with the other shops you don't have many choices!

I went to the one in Burwood East tonight. There was a couple of people before me and I waited. There is a guy who came after me and stood behind me. The girl who serviced the ice-cream still asked us who got there first when it was my turn. It was quite obvious I came first as I stood closer to the counter. The guy came after stood after me. I feel like this would not happen if I'm not an Asian.

Maybe the ice cream is alright but service leaves a lot to be desired. Asked one of the girls about a cake and she said she would check but then completely ignored and started serving others. Reminded once, still nothing, so left without buying anything.

Ice cream cake was fantastic! My son and all the children at his party loved it! I enjoyed it too! Delicious! Delivery was spot on time (on a public holiday too), and Rahul was most obliging. Highly recommend ordering an ice cream cake for your next special occasion.

I ordered the "CONE SWEET CONE" ice cream cake from Ben and Jerry's in Burwood. The owner, Rahul, was very friendly, accommodating and answered all my queries when I called. The cake itself turned out exactly like how I ordered and was of course, very tasty (I mean, you can't go wrong with Ben and Jerry's ice-cream). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend others to this store for their cake needs.

Love the ice cream but the staff is horrendous, especially the girl who serves on Thursday nights. She never takes the order correctly and when you ask her to fix it she starts making faces and is very rude.

Ben & Jerry's in a gurdwara? Say what? !
This was supreme catering from the best ice cream makers on the planet. They provided cups, cones and four delicious flavours for our 100+ guests. The staff were warm and friendly. Can't recommend this enough if you want an extra fun touch to a special event!

Bought last night (March 21,2022) thumbs up for the staff who accompanied us, store was already closed but owner? Managed to come to the store ️ God bless and credit to the staff

Was not super impressed with the person serving me her false nails and hair hanging over the tub as she scooped my order not really conducive to health and safety. Shame as the service at this store is usually top class.
