Amazing experience here! Such a nice and relaxing atmosphere, staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and I’ve never had better lashes!

I’ve done my volume lashes in here, for my first time! And the result is really amazing.
They totally understand what volume lashes are and offer very customised look for me with detailed consultations.
I’ve already booked my refill and will definitely come back for every month!

Have done my lashes twice in this place. Once with Ailee and once with Lynn. Both are amazing beautician, their hands are like magic, you will walk out their door feeling great. Always love the result. They always send helpful info on taking care your lashes after treatment. And offer great promotion as well. The customer service is great and lovely. The lady at front desk is super friendly and helpful, i did double booking by mistake and she sorted it out for me in very convinient way. I would like to thank her for that. Overall i am super satisfied. Definitely will come back and recommend this place. Thank you ladies ️️️

Got a classic set for $49 as a new client. I could choose the curl, length, and type of lash I wanted - which was fantastic since my old place didn't give you the option to customise. Ladies were so nice and accommodating, and the place itself was super welcoming and actually very pretty! Definitely coming back ;)

My first time getting my lashes done and they look absolutely amazing, couldn’t be happier with them! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their lashes done!

So basically they give you a $10 discount if you give them a 5-star review on Google which is why there's so many good reviews. My partner got her lashes done here and they started falling down within a few days and were actually causing eye pain for her. Someone from management will try to defend themselves by saying "her eyelashes are too weak" but don't listen. Also, they made her pay $20 to remove them.

I went to Melbourne for a short trip and stayed at the Novotel, discovered Beauty L which is just opposite to my hotel I thought u know give it a try, surprisingly the lashes turned out amazing and the girls were so nice and friendly. It has been almost a month now and the lashes still stayed as I just had it done yesterday I miss you girls Beauty L
