Just had my lashes done today by Dana. She was super sweet, didn’t rush and really made an effort and i love how they turned out especially my bottom lashes. Would definitely recommend this place.

Love this place, my lashes have never looked better and my eyes have never become red at all unlike other places I've been. I appreciate their professional customer service and their shop is super clean. The whole experience everytime I go here is very pleasant and relaxing.

The loveliest place to get eyelash extensions! Always greeted by an incredibly warm and welcoming receptionist in such a beautiful store. Sienna always does an incredible job with my eyelashes, super gentle and always a very relaxing service! The initial consultation is in depth, making sure you are getting exactly what you want, and I love the way they always check in with you to make sure you're still happy with the same style! Wouldn't ever want to go anywhere else.

I always get my lashes done in here and it’s been already like 2yrs, and they always give me only the best results! The venue is amazingly tidy and what I most like in this venue is that I can have my beauty session in a private room. I’ve done my lashes with evey technician here and every each of them is just so professional and nice. 200% recommended

AubeautyL exceeded my expectations! Came today just to try extensions. But from the moment i came in, the customer service was just amazing! Explained procedure thoroughly and made some suggestions along the way. Everyone was so professional. In addition the place itself was so aesthetically pleasing and had relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, technician lynn was so gentle throughout the procedure. My lashes came out so great and it was also very comfortable. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommend:)

Really terrible work. I did lash lift here and finally I need to cut my eyelash at home due to the failed result!

I got my eyebrow tattooed and I was so happy with the results! The shape of eyebrow Elle got for me really complements my face, and it's really natural. I am not really good with make up and this really helps me a lot. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I recommend 100%!

Highly Recommended! I got my lashes here for the first time with Sienna and I am extremely impressed with the service. As a first time client they made sure I was well looked after and even sent me follow up messages to ensure there was no discomfort with my lash extensions. I was actually late for the appointment, but the staffs did not even rush me, but welcomed me with the warmest smile. Even though the service time went short because I was late, the Lashes came out so good. It was way beyond the expectation, despite the limitation on time.

The first time I embroider my eyebrows and make long eyelashes, I am so satisfied. I like Elle's craftsmanship very much. It's really great. It makes me beautiful

Where do I start! Everyone here was so lovely and gentle, they helped me through decisions as someone who has never had eyelash extensions before, the system was easy, the place was incredibly clean and sanitised. It was super relaxing, and my lash tech, Lynn, was beyond patient and gentle with me, I almost fell asleep it was such a pleasant procedure. I will definitely come back! AMAZING! I’ve had my lashes done in a lot of places over Melbourne but this one is the best for so many reasons. You have a “menu” of lash styles to choose from, the customer service is outstanding and the prices are really reasonable i find that my lashes last for ages before I need a refill. I almost always get mine done with Sienna, she’s really efficient and gentle. 100% recommend.

I got eyeliner tattoo with Elle, very impressed with the service. The first time result was not quite right but they rectified it with professional approach and reassurance. Highly recommended. Money well spent.
