My first visit here for eyelashes & upper lip wax. Very happy with the outcome. The girls greet you with their beautiful smiles as soon as you enter the place. They explain about the procedure very well before they perform what you needed to have done. Very friendly people and very accommodating. Will definitely come back.

Got my first lash extensions here and all I can say is thank you for your great services!:) The ambience was amazing and the consultation was really reassuring! I would highly recommend trying this beauty salon out if you wanna experience real professionalism! Had a great experience, thank you (+ if you wanna meet some Korean actress look alikes, the ladies there were stunninggg)

Satisfied with the lash lift results but for hygiene standards, would recommend using gloves (i’ve gone multiple times with different technicians and none of them wore gloves) and wash hands with Soap thoroughly often especially when waiting for the lash lift chemicals to set, the technician would go in and out of the door and do/ touch other stuff. I believe it’s very important because it’s in direct contact with eyes. Apart from that, thanks Sora!

They’re greedy and are just after your money. I went last week and was booked for the YY set however they cancelled that and instead gave me “natural set” as they didn’t have enough time even though I was prompt to my appointment. I was really unhappy with this natural set as it didn’t even look like I had applied extensions, the lashes looked invisible. I thought I’d give them another chance the following week and booked for the YY set again, and they quoted me $99 for it and then changed the price to $169 advising that because it’s a full set I’d have to pay full price even though I’d just attended the salon last week? They’re not flexible and they don’t work with their clients, instead doing what works for THEM rather than for you. There are way better lash places in Melbourne, don’t go here. Also another thing that bothered me is they make you pay for the service before you receive it. That’s right I had to pay for my lashes when they hadn’t even been applied to my eyes. Don’t go here you’ll really regret it.

Update: the manager got back to me ASAP as soon as she heard what happened, made me drive 30 mins to the CBD under the false pretence she would give me a brand new set of YY lashes for free. She then sat me down with her two other workers and they all circled around me, quite literally in a gang like style as they “explained” they weren’t after my money (I felt very intimidated). After going in circles we did not get to a satisfactory conclusion and I had to leave because they refused to admit they change client appointments to their own needs and not to the clients. They cater to themselves and what suits them and are a bunch of rude asian women who are quite stuck up too. The type that talk about you right in front of you in their language as their English is very broken and limited. Avoid. Worst lashes experience ever.

It was my second time to do the lashes extension here. My eyes are quiet sensitive which easy to shed tears. However, my artist today, Jenny, was so patient and gentle to wipe my tears. I had a very nice experience today same as the last time.

It’s really a disaster, I just bought the cheapest one for my first eyelashes, I wanna have a try but unfortunately after about 2-3 days, my eyelashes were DROPPING and looking like a mess. (I observed every single rule they texted) And the designer was not professional and not friendly enough for me to go back the store again. Maybe only friendly to white girls.
Anyway, it’s just not what I expected.

My favourite place to get my lashes done! I have been to countless other places but this one is by far my favourite. The lashes look so natural and they last FOREVER! The service is very welcoming and the environment is relaxing and very clean. The ladies are the sweetest and prioritise your comfort. Would definitely recommend!

Just booked in for a lash lift and I was not disappointed! The salon was beautiful and everyone I saw was friendly. Sora was so gentle with my eyelashes and obviously put lots of effort in. And the result was great. Thank you!

Absolutely love my lashes! The ladies who work here are so nice and professional. My lash stylist did a great job and the heated beds were an extra bonus

The glue went into my eyes a few times in the process, so in next few hours, my whole afternoon, my eyes are hurt, that's really harmful to my my eyes. At night, I back home and check my eyes, there are a lot of bloody lines.can you be professional! Such a terrible skill, I do my lashes in different salon, never happened before. Hope tomorrow it will be ok. Appointment with Sophie.

This is my first time doing extension and I chose this place bcs a friend recommended it to me. And I wanna thank Sienna for doing my eyelash! It was so natural just like how I want it to be! I got alot of compliments after that saying how natural it sits on my lash? Will definitely come back for retouch and I already recommended it to alot of my friends. These ladies were great. Priced well and awesome communication. We had lash extensions, and tinting. They were very hygienic and knowledgeable. They advised on the aftercare which is good for a first timer like me. Would definitely recommend.
