Great showroom with a huge range. Customer service pretty average.understaffed and you have to take a number and wait to be called if you want help.

Fantastic customer service. When I was doing my bathroom renovation I received excellent and professional help from Simone regarding what type of tile to use and the result turned out better than I expected.

I am very glad she was there to help as without her I would be a little clueless.

Beaumont tiles Oakleigh are fantastic business that make customer happy first, not like other businesses who make themselves happy and make money first. Beaumont Tiles Oakleigh will provide fantastic customer service no matter whether you do business with them or not, they look after you same way. I was so grateful with their friendly customer service during pandemic lockdown, Thomas provided me heaps of samples and guided me with tile selection and knowledge, unfortunately I didn’t do business with them, but they still treat me very friendly. Thomas, Costa, Darren, another gentleman and lady whom I forgot names are all with absolutely nice customer oriented service. Highly recommend this business.

Lovely large showroom and a huge selection of beautiful tiles but I’ve visited twice now and been extremely disappointed by the customer service both times. I could see they were under staffed the second time but they weren’t on the first. I even made a design appointment booking (with email confirmation) to confirm i would get at least a few minutes of someone’s time but upon arrival I was told there was no such booking in their system. I have a full house to renovate so I am really looking for advice and assistance from a sales assistant. No doubt there will be a polite and genuine response to this review however first impressions are lasting.

Service was friendly.
Materials, hmmm there is no way to buy off the shelf and one has to order then wait for tiles.
I prefer to walk in and look, buy and move on.

Each time I have been to Beaumont Tiles in Oakleigh I have had really amazing customer service. I've been asked if I needed help and offered constructive feedback when I needed. Both Darren and Mark have been great and I would definitely recommend.

Mark was over and above helpful. We were short a few tiles that we purchased 18 months earlier. He tracked down a few boxes and had them available for collection within hours. Saved the day! Thank you Mark.

We found the team at Oakleigh great. Simone in particular was really helpful with helping us pick colours and matching up items.

Worst service ever. The middle aged lady at the counter will treat you rather disdainfully (probably when she learns you are there to browse what your builder is getting you to chose from). Would stay miles away on any given day

Terrible service and such bad attitude, down right rude. An elderly man says to us you know we close at 5? No hello nothing, just that. Ok, then we ask him to give us details of a feature tile we liked and he looks at us like we're something stuck to the bottom of his shoe and says do you know how much these cost? $65, and that's per sheet not per meter. Like we couldn't afford them. Scumbag

Simone's knowledge, patience and assistance is fantastic. I wont bother going anywhere for tiles/quotes. Such a wonderful service, followed by great pricing, from a quality, reputable organisation, with people with excellent ethics and integrity. I'll be back again

Went in to their store today and was served by the most fantastic staff! Everyone was lovely and cheerful, but I wanted to make particular mention of Kenny who went above and beyond to help me all while making me laugh and giving great advice. I was also helped by Mark who was absolutely awesome and went out of his way to help me out as well. I don't care where I am in the state, if i need tiles again this is the only store I will being going to and I will make sure I tell as many people as I know. Haven't had such quality service in a really really long time. Thanks everyone at Beaumont Tile Oakleigh!

Thanks to all staff who helped with our bathroom selections over a number of months. Staff were always professional and interested in my bathroom renovations questions and issues and solved any problems that arose with ordering of products (from taps to tiles).
Kenny helped today and efficiency and a great attitude were all part of the visit.

Very happy with Simone's great service. She was very friendly and helpful.
Also we were helped by Mark who was very professional and helped us a lot.
In the showroom there are a large variety of products, it made it very easy for us to shop all we need under one roof. Highly recommended. Thanks Simone and Mark.

Went into the store, not a single store person approached us asking if we needed help or advice. My wife and I walked around for about 15-20 mins and was quite obvious we could have used some assistance. While their prices are competitive customer service was lacking.

Considering current situation, we received a very good service and even better price. Thank you guys!

My wife and I just walked into this store. We were the only customers and not one person attempted to help us or even acknowledge us. All four of the sales people had their heads in their computers and took no notice of us. Disgraceful customer service.

Quite a good selection of tiles and knowlegable staff. Range of outdoor small tiles was quite limited but a good selection of most other types.

Staff members weren’t polite. Treat customers like numbers. I went to Rocell tiles next door and they were WAY BETTER. Do better Beaumont Oakleigh
