Had a lot of fun choosing everything for our new bathroom with the team at Oakleigh Beaumont. Highly recommend these guys if you have anything new to buy for your bathroom. Great experience.

Such expertise, knowledge and genuine care of our needs. Our bathroom wall tile process gradually came together, after many welcome visits to No'ovao. He clearly put forward what went together. Great variety of tiles but not the best services. One would hope to have better customised services.

A huge array of tiles on display. Staff member Jones was particularly helpful and welcoming in offering lots advice and assistance for our upcoming bathroom project. Looking forward to going back.

My builder used Beaumont tiles, they also used a Beaumont tiler to install my tiles and I cannot believe this person calls themselves a professional. My tiles were out of level by 15mm in some places. The tolerance is 4mm. They came out to 'rectify' the problem only replacing 20 tiles in 3 areas. I cannot even vacuum without the vacuum JUMPING when it hits the edge of the tiles because they are so out of level.
If you are purchasing tiles from these guys, DO NOT use their tiler.

Wow! I walked in to the store and was overwhelmed by the prospect of ‘designing’ my new bathroom. The staff were amazing and a particular shout out to Darren (store manager) for the time, knowledge, creativity and guidance - from the tap ware to the vanity, sink, shower head, shaving cabinet, toilette and all tiling! Incredible service, truly outstanding. I look forward to working with him and the team moving forward with my new bathroom. Thank you!

Good selection of tiles and friendly staff.
However the staff seems to be always understaffed.

We visited the store today to make all our tile selections for the home we are building. Thea provided such wonderful advice and her recommendations were perfect for the look we were wanting to achieve.

We are going ahead with all the products Thea recommended. We certainly would recommend this store for their extensive range and the professional and friendly service provided.

We went there on 05/05/22 around 11. We went there to see tiles for our new house. There were three staff but there was no acknowledgement from either of them. They were helping other customers and we stayed there for 45 minutes but not once did any staff asked if we needed help. Even when we were looking to get their attention they clearly ignored. Won’t come back or recommend anyone. A business in todays world having this attitude is not acceptable. Appalling service.

Simone at Beaumont tiles in Oakleigh was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. With her help we chose beautiful tiles that were within our budget. Will def go back!

We wanted to say a big thanks to Kosta and Simone for their friendly and helpful service when we went in to choose tiles and laundry cabinets for our home renovations. They provided lots of tips and tricks to assist us with our decision making which we greatly appreciated as first time renovators. Keep up th good work

Very helpful staff. Large selection of indoor floor, bathroom and outdoor tiles. Sadly the online virtual colour selector was off line.that would have been super helpful.

Thanks to Simone my home renovation was completed on time. Just when i had given up and couldnt get a tiler at Christmas, it was Simone who had the contacts that came to the rescue.
She coordinated the grout with the tiles and got it all sorted for me with the Tiler. Do yourself a favour and come to Beaumont Tiles Oakleigh, you will be wowed by the service.it simply cant get more professional than this!

We visited this store today around 1: 30pm to look for tiles. A lady with light colour hair came to assist however she could not provide much assistance.
We were looking to get tiling done in our home and asked her which tiles would be appropriate for living room, outdoors and kitchen floors. She said it’s upto us whatever we want to use. I would expect a customer service person to provide us with some options because certainly tile quality differ depending on where they would be (living room, bathroom, walls and outdoor floors).
I also felt that she judged our financial capacity because she said it’s going to cost a lot for tiling. Although she said she cannot give us any range of how much it could cost for labour/tiles. And she didn’t ask us the expected tiling area or our budget. So I don’t know how she calculated the total cost and how expensive it would be for us. May be she judged us from the car we parked and myself not carrying an expensive handbag.
I did felt a bit neglected although there was no other customer in the store and there were at least 2 store staff available on their desks throughout the time we were in the store.
The showroom itself is beautiful (2 stars are for that) and has many options to choose from. We may try another Beaumont store. We are certainly not going to Oakleigh store again.

We found the service and selection of tiles to be fantastic at Beaumont in Oakleigh. We would definitely recommend them and Simone for the expert advice and care
