I heard that you have a new team serving. Well, let me advice you, is not working. Over an hour of waiting for our meals. Pizza orders not known which ones. Third time trying this restaurant. Third time bad service. 3 strikes, you are OUT.

I love this restaurant! Me and my partner have been coming to this restaurant for the past couple of years and it's our favourite. The atmosphere feels special and the food is delicious and affordable.
We recently had a large party of guests there for lunch and the staff were attentive and accommodating.

After a hot day of sport (36 degrees where our sport was), we wanted to sit & have a drink somewhere cool & then enjoy dinner. Sadly, the female manager was extremely rude to us, saying "What do you want? " & telling us to sit outside. So we left after 1 drink & found another place to dine. Her fellow staff apologised as we were leaving.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the seafood linguine at beach 163. I must say, it exceeded my expectations for what I consider 'better than average' food.perfectly cooked pasta and a generous assortment of fresh seafood.

Live local and always drive past so figured I'd check it out. Such a lovely spot, restaurant has beautiful decor and outside is a lovely little garden to enjoy a glass of wine. Food was good and staff we're really attentive, we had a great lunch.

Delicious food, very helpful and friendly service. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors with a great layout. Will definitely go back again when in Frankston area.

Went here for lunch with friends and wasn't disappointed with any part of the place or food, I had a chicken parmi with salad, the salad was the standard lettuce, tomato, etc.and onion that turns up everywhere, the parmi was a different matter though it was real chicken not the often supplied processed chicken and topped of with a delicately flavoured mix of ham and veggies topped of with a mozzarella cheese. All washed down with a couple of beers. After the lunch a few moved across the floor and took in the live music but unfortunately I couldn't spare the time to kick back and enjoy the very talented mussos. The only problem we found on the day was not enough onsite parking and all the surrounding streets were full up also so next time we'll get there earlier and enjoy the atmosphere and food for a few hours longer.

Excellent food, tasty and generous serves. Great value for money.

A hidden gem. Great atmosphere, a good broad menu, a very concise wine list. All reasonably priced. We attended for a small family group birthday and were very surprised. A definite return visit from us

Great family run restaurant! Service was on point! Pizzas were really tasty and cocktails were great! All round a great family restaurant.

Tonight was particularly delicious. I tried the lamb shoulder roast and it was divine! It came with a complex mash potato and vegies. In restaurants in general, I would leave the veggies on the side (bad, I know). Not tonight tho! I was positively surprised to enjoy them as much as the shoulder! Delicious.

The service was on point and friendly, from all staff members.

My kids and wife walked out very happy.

Suset, the most uplifting waitress you could have we had the lamb shoulder and beach 162 pizzas and compliments to Suez she has a suggestion I suggest anyone will take on the lamb shoulder I'll keep that for when the time comes

The service is non-existent. The lamb shoulder was amazing the accompaniments weren't. The sticky date was dry and awful.

Venue is good and the food was nice, but the service was terrible. Staff were lazy, disinterested and disengaged. Had to ask for plates for a shared dish. 3 adults-2 plates. Both wait staff leaned over my husband to give me food and drinks, even though there was room next to me. No “Excuse me”. Had to ask for water and was told “That’s fine”. Well, der. It’s your job. Of course it’s ‘fine’.

Used plates and glasses left on our table. One of them walked past and looked, then kept going. Not that busy either.

Of course, they respond by misspelling my name, proving they pay no attention whatsoever.
Far more interested in staring at my baby granddaughter than doing their job. Won’t be rushing back.

Seriously, train your staff! It’s basic stuff.

Absolutely amazing place for a function or just to eat! I was looked after really by the staff, I’m the GF pain! One of the best nights out we’ve had!

Have been there many times and have been very happy, something has changed and now the food is terrible, I really hope they can go back to normal, until then we will not go back, really sad to see such a decline in the quality of the food.

What a delight to have eaten here last night with friends, staff were very attentive and the food was excellent 10/10 for food, service and atmosphere.
