My initial enquiry was great, but when it came to ordering the door or requesting further information it was like pulling teeth. I understand the sales person I initially spoke to left, and my enquiry was transferred to a different salesperson, but from there the service was incredibly frustrating.
The door was finally installed and the installers were wonderful. Quick and efficient. Weve had the door for 12 months and so far havent had any problems.

I purchased and had installed a new B&D Roller Door opener. The opener was obtained from Tom Moore & Son, the Tasmanian agents for B&D. I found that their service was excellent. The opener has a very good warranty, seven years from memory. I had the opener fitted to an existing roller door and have found that after fitting the roller door, operation is so much quieter to open and close than before. The opener comes with two very nice remotes plus a remote that can be attached to the inside garage wall. I think that the price was reasonable for a product of such good quality. The tradesmen who carried out the install were great, very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending B&D to anyone wanting excellent service and a quality product.

The B&D roller insulated door is very sturdy and very quiet opening and closing either by remote control or via the mobile phone app. It has added value to my house as well as fitting in with the colour scheme. I can recommend a B&D roller door to all garage owners.

B&D relieved me during COVID when my garage door was hit by a car accidentally. I contacted many vendors but B&D was the only one that helped me to replace the door. Fair price, professional service and excellent customer service. I absolutely recommend B&D

The team at B&D provided an outstanding service from start to finish. Stephen W.provided detailed information and great advice on the type of garage door and gadgets. The installation was smooth and easy. The customer service overall was very professional. We are very happy with B&D and will no doubt, engage B&D again for future projects.

B&D basically ripped me off. DON’T BUY A DOOR FROM THESE PEOPLE. Their used car salesman guy came round with a fancy van and a sharp suit, promising me he’d deliver the same door as my neighbour. Turns out my neighbour has a sectional door. I ended up with a roller door. I didn’t know the difference - I’m not a garage door manufacturer - which is why I had B&D come round. Four weeks later their instal team came but couldn’t instal because the measurements were wrong. A week later they came back and installed a total mess - they nailed on two metal beams at either side as a “solution”. What I now have is a door that’s ripped off half the render at either side of my garage, looks like the door on an industrial estate and didn’t tell me I needed a plug point installed so they used one of the extension cables they found in my garage and left it looking dreadful.

Excellent service, always in communication updated on progress and very prompt and careful installation.
The office was easy to contact and very polite.
