Beautiful wood fired pizza, even the basic garlic bread was great. Grabbed some takeaway arancini as well, could have done with some sauce on them, but they were great still. Can't really fault it, will be back to eat in.

Good Italian food and service. We have never been disappointed. Recommend the wood fired seafood pizza.

During dinner about 3 weeks ago, we all started to talk of how long everyone had been coming here. Well, doesn't time fly. And if this isn't an indication of how fantastic this place is then I don't know what to tell you. We came here for dinner for my daughter's 14th birthday. She's now 27.

Excellent service and great menu options. The food arrived fairly quickly from the point of order. We had bruschetta, a veggie pizza and a chicken avocado risotto with a couple of drinks. For dessert we went for a tiramisu and a creme caramel. Everything was fantastic on our special night! The restaurant was fairly busy for a weeknight. Loved the ambience and lighting especially. Will be back soon.

Woodfired pizza is nice diffarance to what you eat normally.authentic Italian restaurant with a different choice.service is good.

Absolutely disappointed with the customer service provided by Basilico Glen Waverley. I had to wait an additional 40 mins even despite food was promised. Then servers told us the food hasn't even started being cooked. The food was a take away order and even despite this we had a total hour of waiting。Disappointing

Saturday night was busy, but still served within a good time frame. Good decent food at good price

Bit disapointed this time around. Food was very average. Service a bit slow. Normally this place is so busy and delicious but was a misd this time around.

Disappointing - ordered pizza delivery to my hotel which was cold upon arrival and lacked flavour. It arrived an hour and 10 minutes after the order was made. Disappointing is the only word that can be used to describe my experience with Basilico

We had pizza takeaway on Friday night we liked it so much we came back for dinner the following evening. In a very busy restaurant they managed to seat us quite quickly with no reservation. The veal parmigiana and the pastas were great. No fuss about splitting bills. Great service. Friendly family restaurant.

Wow what a bizarre experience. An older man who works there was starring at our table making us feel uncomfortable for some time, then came and sat down at our table unannounced and speaking of strange stories to our kids. Made us all feel very uncomfortable. Will never be going back there again! This place used to be good a few years ago but now its terrible. The quality of food was average too. AVOID.

Enjoyed a good food gift card tonight. Had a small hiccup which was solved quickly and professionally by the manager. The food served was delicious and generous. Lovely service.
