Heads up to all the investors —- 46 years in the local suburbs like Doncaster, Ringwood, Box Hill, Mitcham, Blackburn and so, watching their own lands being ‘Occupied/owned’ by non-Australians, think they actually respect you as you should have been? Think again. The racial jokes on ‘foreign investors’ especially ‘Asian and/or Chinese landlords’ (which hurt me more obviously) in the office with eye-rollings —-How comfortable are you with paying someone to get laughed at?

My experience with Philip Webb Mitcham is nothing but outstanding. The most dedicated staff I have ever met and dealt with in this industry. Reliable and efficient, what else could you ask for more?

Never again. If you renting with them please forget your bond back. Tried to make me pay for damage which is got nothing to do with me. Even blind person can tell it’s structurel damage. Took me more than 2 month to get my bond back after legal advise. Scammers

Ross Crouch was incredibly proactive to secure a tennant in our investment. Communication was always forthcoming and his advice was sound, clear and objective.

They were able to work with me through various issues and have been excellent in helping me from finding tenants and managing the property. Lily was recommended by Open Agent as one of the best agents in our area, and even though I first made contact with her while she was not in the state, she organised a colleague- Terry- to provide an appraisal and explanation of the sales and marketing plan. She remained in constant, but not overbearing, contact until our first meeting. Lily was focussed on the successful auction campaign at all times and provided great advise and frequent feedback from potential buyers. She has a realistic no nonsense approach while remaining personable and interested. The team of Lily, Terry and Lisa were always punctual and professional. They ensured the open house inspections ran smoothly and their enthusiasm on auction day was obvious to all. Thank you for helping us through one of life's most stressful events.

Morena Vallese is a wonderful real estate agent and individual. My elderly mother met her and chose her before we children began to assist mum with the selling of her beloved family home. Morena was sensitive both to mum's and our situation, she kept in touch and kept us informed all the way through the process. We never felt pressured. She explained everything and even as remote sellers we trusted her fully. She was always polite and respectful. She was not only all these things but she went the extra mile when the purchaser pulled out during cooling off period. She found yet another buyer the next day and matched the price. We were extremely relieved and pleased with the end result. I highly recommend Morena to manage selling your home.

Disgraceful service. The property manager plays ridiculous mind games with tenants, thinking that they don’t notice Fails to attend inspections without notifying. Doesn’t notify landlord of maintenance issues except for ones that were never requested. Tries to withhold bond over pre existing damage to property. Rental department manager doesn’t return calls or emails. Nobody does. Reception gives you the run around and puts you on to people you don’t want to speak to. As a landlord with two properties through a different, great agency, we know what decent service should look like. We were so fed up we broke our lease. Totally worth it. I would not recommend for tenant or landlord.

We have been spoilt by how well the team at Barry Plant Blackburn have taken care of us through both the leasing and selling process. After a not so satisfactory experience with another agency, David Roach and Valerie Allan exceeded our expectations with the quality of tenant they secured, the weekly rent attained and the way that maintenance requests were dealt with.

We have also had the pleasure of working with Terry Burgoyne to sell our property. We found his recommendations to be valuable and instrumental in selling the property at a fantastic price against all the odds stacked against us on auction day. If we could, we'd buy back into the area in a heartbeat to continue working with this great bunch of people.

Terrible property manager. Valerie Allan was the worst property manager I have come across. You only have to have a look at her Linkedin account to see that she cannot stay in one job for very long. I have dealt with many property managers however, Valerie was by far the most unprofessional and rudest one I have encountered.

Keys received but cannot open garage door. I called to ask about it and the receptionist's attitude is just rude and so cold. Really feel angry and sad. However, they apologized later and John called me back and helped me solved the problems. I appreciate it and really wish this feeling will not happen on others, after all we are not just purchase a property, its our home.
