If you are looking for a property management team to look after your investment properties and your tenants, we suggest finding a smaller, independent, more caring and more reliable company.
Some organisations get too big and lose sight of how to treat their staff, hence a rapid turnover of personnel, leading to mistakes and oversights.

Had great experience with Barry Plant (Jorja Ozimek). All the queries were always answered in quick manner. It was very smooth and quick experience to lease the property through her.

Choosing a real estate to sell your most treasured asset is difficult, and there isn't much differentiation between the 'standard elements' of a campaign. So it really comes down to the person. What I immediately liked about Michael, and what made him stand out from the crowd, was his gentle manner and way with people. I suspected that other people (buyers) might like this too and I think this was right as we achieved a wonderful result for my father's house. Michael and the team did a great job navigating 'COVID inspections' by being flexible and communicative. If you are looking for a real estate agent that goes that little bit further and delivers great results, then I can highly recommend Michael and the team at Philip Webb.

Our property manager has been the worst property manager we have ever dealt with. Throughout the 2 years she failed to return emails, calls and voicemail over the simplest things (precovid). We vacated almost 2 months ago and still haven't received our bond back purely because she takes weeks to respond to emails to handle disputes. Sky claimed she couldn't see issue a month ago, when she did the inspection, because she "rushed it" due to going on leave. Two months later, we are still trying to resolve this issue due to poor communication.

If this is how you train your property managers, to ghost people, avoid issues, rush inspections, and add unnecessary stress, I am making sure to never deal with philip webb again.

We recently approached Barry Plant Blackburn regarding their assistance with renting our property in Balwyn, due to Covid 19 the property had been vacant for some months due to the lockdown so we decided to seek out another agent. As soon as the opportunity arose Ross Crouch their Client Services Manager arranged for the the property to be rented within 2 weeks of us seeking their help. He advised which of the applications we received we should select that best suited us.
