The staff were very friendly. They helped me put on my dress and well as giving advice and overall were kind. Also the dresses were of great quality.

I’ve been in twice in the last month. The staff were very rude to me and didn’t know how to sell. Both times I wanted to try on a dress that was on the manican and both times I got a greezy. The girls didn’t seem to want to help me. Honestly. I feel bad writing this as I’m in retail too but if you can’t be bothered serving your in the wrong job. However, the dresses are beautiful and well designed.

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant. I went in during the Boxing Day Sales and the girls working were quite busy.
However, they were very helpful, asked to help with what I was looking for, they were honest in their opinions of various dresses (not ‘just’ looking to sell) and offered ideas to add belts, types of jewellery etc.
I was very happy with the service, and quality of dress I purchased.

No contact about my dress which was over due apparently it was in transit. They told me the dress will be in the shop on the Saturday and it wasn't luckily I didn't go in as it would of been a waste of time. I called the highpoint store to find out where is my dress was placed on hold for 20 mins and then to be told they will call me back.and no call I then called back and still no dress. They passed my complaint onto the regional manager which sounded like the receptionist I give her this much she at least called me. Long story short go elsewhere you'll probably pay more but at least the service you receive and quality will be far better

I went into the highpoint store last Friday to purchase 3 bridesmaid dresses. On Friday they had 30% off store wide so I wanted to purchase the dresses that day. They didn't have the correct sizes I needed so they tried calling another store. After the lady in store had been put on hold for half an hour and me waiting around she said once she gets in contact with the other stores and finds out if they have the sizes she will call me (by the end of the day). I never got called that day. I emailed that night to find out what had happened, I got a response the following morning saying they had the right sizes at other stores and they were being sent to the highpoint store, and will be there by Tuesday afternoon. I was told to come pick them up then. They also said they would honour the 30% off even though that sale had ended as I was trying to purchase the dresses the previous day but couldn't due to their lack of communication.
On Tuesday morning I get an email saying they had "accidently" sold my dresses over the weekend for full price and can no longer get them back. They had no more of those dresses left for me to purchase in the sizes I needed. I went in to see if I could find another style of dress, got minimal to no help and they refused to honour the 30% off on anything I purchased because the sale was no longer on. Considering their massive stuff up, they were less than helpful and completly unproffessional. I am now 2 months away from getting married and have no dresses for my bridal party. Thanks

Absolutely disgusting customer service at this Highpoint store and higher management don't bother to respond

Terrible customer service. Absolutely no people skills. Lacking general retail skills. Waste of a team. Hire people who know how to sell and build rapport with customers.
