Lys the area manager and Torie along with other stuff are rude and disrespectful. Ruined a wedding put simply. Worst experience. Does not take 1 month for a refund to be processed. ADVISE DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Beautiful staff that bend over backwards to help me. They have beautiful dresses and I would highly recommend them.

Would not exchange a dress that still has tags on and never been worn. Not happy will not shop there again.

Not great options in stock, half of the stock in store was damaged and no help from staff.

Extremely disaponitted with Bariano, I bought a dress for a wedding event and because of wrong sizing and no policy explained by any staff member at the time I couldn't wear it to the wedding, 24 hours later I tried to return the dress (Which Area manager Lys chin said no to immediately) they apparently also do not have a manager either 3 weeks later after being told management would call me, still no call. I drove back to the store with the brand new dress still in bag had to fight just to get a credit note back for my money. They may need to rethink there policy on returns and refunds as lots of customer have put in complaints about not being able to return or refund. Highly unprofessional and greedy chain store! You can better service in Kmart!

I struggled to find a dress for my 21st birthday. I left it so last minute but thank god I came into Bariano because Christine helped me find the perfect dress! Really friendly and helpful service ️

I would like to thank Angela at the highpoint store who has been very helpful with me choosing a dress for a special occasion. She is very customer focused and extremely friendly.

Worst experience ever they ordered the wrong dress after losing the dress in transit. Never got a call to say the dress has come in. Then when I asked for a refund I am told I have to pay the full amount of the dress to get a store credit. Unhelpful staff and head office it doesn’t exist. Lys never replies to emails and no one will help. Still try to get my money back. DONT GO TO THIS STORE

I had a great experience shopping here for my wedding. This can be a really stressful time but Ange made us all feel very relaxed and welcome even when we tried on the same dress 3 or 4 times ;) All the girls at the Highpoint store were helpful and I highly recommend them

Highly recommend accepting help from the friendly staff. Wide range of high quality, comfortable formal dresses.

The staff member who helped me was amazing! I wish I got her name she was so helpful and I left the store very happy.
