I don’t understand this place.the prices of the dresses jump up by $100s randomly? Sue frill dress was $207 then jumped to $289 and now $350!? And those prices weren’t even on sale… wouldn’t shop from a place like this again.

I would highly recommend not buying anything from this brand as they have stopped responding to my email regarding a return. The time they responded, it was very unprofessional and seemed like a teenager was writing back with xx, so stay away.

I always get my work Christmas dress from your store but this time it was a whole different experience to remember.
Shani, Xena, and Kim were a delight. We had the banter going on like we’re friends for ages. I only tried 3 dresses and bought the first dress they picked for me.
Special thanks to Shani for running to another shoe shop to find me perfect heels with perfect size that I just had to go there to pay for it. I proposed to her with my ring which she gladly wore only to return later lol

Kim at the Bariano store was incredible! We ended up purchasing two dresses from the store for my mum and she went above and beyond for us. We couldn’t believe her level of service and kindness. She made sure the right dresses arrived from the warehouse, that we were informed when they arrived, made my mum feel amazing whist trying dresses on and even looked after dad and I in the store whilst she was really busy. We hope Bariano management recognizes her great work. She’s truly wonderful. Thanks so much Kim for everything you did for us. Mum is in love with her two gowns and we all adore you!

Went into the store on the 20/8 and was assisted by Emma in the dressing room and Rashy at the counter, both were just divine and really understand what customer service is. Other Barianos have assistants/Area Managers who are so up tight with the attitude of "sorry hun I can't do anything" without even bothering to help. I witnessed Emma deal with rude difficult customers like a champ and with a smile whilst also enjoying her job. Rashy was very thoughtful and made sure I got everything I needed. Thank you girls!

An amazing experience, lots of beautiful dresses and an amazing service by the staff at Bariano highpoint, especially one of the staff member named Xina was really very helpful and supportive, she guided me through all of my requirements in a dress, was very patient and creative, it was a wonderful and made me so happy!

Went there to get a formal gown for my daughter and left with the perfect dress. Xena and the other lady were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Would recomend this store to anyone who is looking for a formal dress and in particular to ask for Xena.

Went in a while ago to find a dress for my sons wedding, picked out a dress that is liked c although in a spidery colour, they said they could get the colour I wanted in. Ok. But it was getting z broken button home fixed? They wanted me to pay upfront so they could get the dress in, but it wouldn't be able to get a refund if it wasn't right as they only refund for major b fails in their dresses. Personally when a dress is being fixed that makes it a second no matter how minor a defect. SO THEY LOST ME even though I loved the dress

Went into bariano looking for a dress for a wedding and i had the two sweetest sales girls look after me, they made me feel so confident, they were so knowledgeable and helpful, i will definitely be going back in again?

All they did was stare at me from head to toe, I felt very intimidated and anxious trying on the dresses and I also did not feel like my presence was welcomed in the store.

This was a bad experience. We were a bridal party of 6 and the bride.

We went in to try in these beautiful pink dresses but they didn't carry my size in store, I'm a size 18, But that was ok because I tried on a similar dress style and wanted to see how it would fit. It looked really good and we were sold on this dress.
It came to the end of the consult and the sales rep said she would measure the girls who didn't get to fit on the actual dress we wanted because they didn't have the size. So me and 1 other bridesmaid,
So she measure both of us and wrote down our measurement and it took a total of like 1 minute. We asked the sales assistant if she would measure all of us really quickly, this was a simple bust, waist, height measurement but the sales assistant refused. It would have been easier and set minds at ease if she had just done it! But she stood there and argued with us for a solid 15 minutes. We were told dresses would be made to measure but they weren't. When the order went through the sales clerk put it through as wanting the blue style dress instead of the pink one and when we asked her about it she refused to change it and said it was fine.

We ordered the dresses in early November and were told we would have them by December. December came and went and so we tried to contact bariano and they contined to maintain the the dresses were being made. The Bride tried going in person but they shut early,

January came and we have not even seen our dresses. Called again and finally a sales assistant said the dresses haven't even been started on yet. The wedding was scheduled for 6th February and they hadn't even started! Finally we are able to get the six bridesmaid dresses "rush delivery"

they were creased and top roushing on the dress was different in every dress!
My roushing was too long, wasn't were it was supposed to sit and had a hole were it should have been connected to the dress and it hung down too far, my sister, another bridesmaid didn't have enough material there for the roushing.none of them were the same, and to top it all of it wasn't the same material as in store.

Overall it devastated and it stressed out our bride to only get the dresses basically a week before the date of the wedding. Even though they had 3 months notice.

Went to Bariano's at highpoint and was served by lovely Jasmine who was super helpful and made me feel confident and comfortable when purchasing a new outfit for a wedding. She was extremley patient and understanding as I am not a standard size. I can not recommend her highly enough and thank you for making my experience amazing. Will be back again for another outfit in the future.

I went into Highpoint Bariano for a formal dress and I was greeted immediately. I was very unsure about what I wanted but Claudette and Varya helped me all the way through and I couldn't be happier with my dress.
