44Always great service and great shoes. I had a problem with a gift card and the staff were so patient and went above and beyond to fix things for me. I have to wear orthotics and have bad knees and these shoes are the best I've found for pain free walking without looking like I'm, well, wearing orthotic shoes!

I own, according to my partner, "a million pairs of these shoes" and you know what? There's a reason. As a Sydney resident myself, all of my purchases have been made online until today. Today, I made my first pitt stop into a Bared store and it was amazing.
The service was impeccable and the staff took the time to make sure my shoes fit correctly, providing additional soles and padding as required to get the perfect fit. I would have been unbelievably frustrating but the team member who served me was patient, helpful and her feedback valued.
The shoes themselves are also wonderfully comfortable and of an excellent quality (which is why I keep buying them). I love them.
