Bared Footwear Womens

While the Google listing highlights "Bared Footwear Womens" I can confirm they also do a range of men's formal shoes, sneakers and boots. Of all the brands recommended by my podiatrist, Bared were the only brand to feature foot friendly shoes that catered to a younger client (rather than what you'd see your grandfather wear!).

After an initial issue with my first pair of shoes order via the website, the Bared team (specifically Will) was quick to respond and resolve the matter. I appreciated the level of communication, that they stand by the quality of their products as well as ensuring their customers are satisfied.

Just came in right before close, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The guy gave me really useful advice on getting the right shoes for a specific purpose, and even told me not to buy in store then and there, so that I could take advantage of the online-only sale that was about to start!
I haven't received the shoes yet but it felt like a quality product in store, and the service was fantastic.

The staff at Bared Footwear is very friendly. They showed me a variety of shoes and helped me select the best one for me. I have never received such customer service ever. They even gave a guarantee to me for sneakers and sandals. I love the way they treat their clients. I had a nice experience and would like to recommend them to you all.

Service at point of sale was good but quality of shoes not what I'd expect for a supposedly premium product. Heels wore through in 6 months and after just over a year the sides have de-laminated. Won't be purchasing anything else or recommending them.

I found out about Bared when it came across as an ad on Instagram. I decided to visit since I was heading to Melbourne for a short trip. I was served by a lovely sales assistant by the name of Bella. She measured my feet and assisted me with multiple pairs of shoes as well as different sizes. I walked away with 3 pairs of shoes. Bella was thoughtful enough to ask if we would like the shoes posted as we did not have check in luggage. The service provided was amazing and I’m sure the shoes will be too!

## edited: the customer service team went above and beyond to replace my shoes, which are now really comfortable. Kudos to them, I’m impressed all over again.

Bared used to be great, but the quality of their shoe construction seems to be slipping. I’ve had two pairs now that I received with faults. The customer service is excellent, but I’m not up to paying this amount for shoes that I have to keep returning. The most recent was the Rhea ballet flat, which looks great, and *should* be really comfortable, but has an odd sticker/pad in the heel which peels up and rubs against your foot. I had to return it once and now the shoes are becoming unwearable again.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served at the men’s store by Tom, whose product and anatomical knowledge was truly impressive. Bared offers a five-star customer experience and unparalleled footwear, I highly recommend. Thank you again Tom, you’re a credit to a fabulous brand.

Bought my first pair of Bared shoes today. Shoes look good and still waiting to break in. What left a lot to be desired was the service experienced. Went in shortly after opening at around 10.30am and no one greets you when you walk in. Tried on the shoe myself and sat there for 10 mins before I had to ask for assistance myself as no one came and check/ask how was the shoes. Customers coming in after me was assisted dutifully. Will still visit in the future due to my orthotics and Bared good looking shoes but please improve your customer service.

Update 14/8/2019
2 months after buying my shoe the upper started to separate from the sole. I emailed Bared and they asked me to go to their store for them to take a look. Max the manager at the Mens store happily offered me an exchange for a NEW pair free of charge no questions asked, whilst they send my initial pair to the cobbler to fix it up for me. I think this is the best customer service I have experienced so very good job on that and earning yourself a lifelong customer

Hi there! I've visited Bared Footwear today and was served by Hailey. It was a fantastic experience. I was very impressed with her helpful attitude, knowledge and professional approach. She's measured my feet and suggested the most comfortable fit. It is a completely new world. I'm definitely coming back for more. Highly recommend.

Not many options if you can't wear pointy toe shoes. It's great that they think about people who wear orthotics but they're still more concerned about a particular look than foot comfort.

My hubby and I came into the city store yesterday and we had a lovely experience, especially with the sales assistant named Will. He was polite, helpful and made my husband (who is disabled) feel very comfortable. He went about finding the right style of shoe for my husband in a very professional manner and we left there with my husband feeling very pleased that he had purchased comfortable, well designed boots (Black Beryllium). Amazing service! Sam was absolutely divine to deal with. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the exactly the right footwear.
She knows the product back to front and inside out. A credit to the business. And the shoes are perfect too!

Amazing shoes with so many styles and designs. Designed by podiatrists, they are so comfy with the best inner soles, whilst still being trendy. Their service (at both men’s and women’s stores) is a class and should be credited for this. If ordering online you also get free delivery which is amazing.

Great shoes, my partner is a real fan, well worth the money and great with orthotics.
Disappointingly, 1 pair were just a little too tight but we trusted the staff who assured us they would soften up with wear. After a bit of home use (indoors on carpet only.completely unmarked) we returned for exchange only to be told that it was out of their 30 day exchange period and we should sell them on eBay!
Disappointing. My partner continues to buy from Bared but this disappointing incident continues to color my opinion.

Great style and the most comfortable work/"office casual" shoes I've ever had - and great customer service to boot (Pun intended!).

Bared shoes are made to handle orthotics, and if you dont have any you get their version of a sports insole. Also with a podiatrist designing do things like stabilising the sole with a steel shank up to the ball of your foot.

I always put sports insoles into my work shoes, as they are more made for looks the inner is like standing on a concrete slab. The problem here is when I have insoles it usually lifts my heel and the back of the shoe doesn't cup properly while I walk. Having shoes with a great inner sole already just solves this problem entirely.

Also just had a great customer experience today.

Bought a pair a couple of weeks ago and the back was pretty high, which was rubbing and blistering my Achilles tendon. Showed them the issue and even though I'd worn them for a day they were quickly replaced after spending some time to understand the issue so they could feed it back to their QA. So easy and no fuss.

Heavy, narrow, and poorly fitted. I will sadly not be buying a pair of bared shoes again. Understanding the shoes are designed and fitted by podiatrist, I was incredibly dissapointed to be fitted with a pair of ankle boots that were swimming on me. Given my broad sizing, I followed instruction when it was suggested I stuck with the up sizing. Since paying over $300, I have had nothing but cut heels, bunion pain, wear spots, blisters, slipping socks, and dragging feet. I have returned to the store on 2 more occasions expressing my distress at the poor fitting, where admittedly much time was given to me, however never was a resizing entertained, nor a refund. The staff on both occasions insisted on trying padding and inserts to fit the shoes, however this only added to the wear spots and blisters. I love the ethos behind this brand, but believe that the point of making shoes that fit and benefit has been lost in the design and marketing. Sadly walking away after many attempts to rectify.
