Bared Footwear Womens

The adjustable shoes are comfortable and were recommended to me by my podiatrist, I just find that some varieties are too narrow. I wish they catered for a wide foot. They have adjustable shoes but mainly in the sandals. Their closed varieties are narrow and therefore not comfortable.

I don’t think I’ve had customer service like this before from any retail store. The staff at Manchester Lane were incredibly friendly. I had my toddler with me and they were so accommodating, even entertaining the little bub while I tried on the shoes. It took me a while to find the right pair but they were so patient and made sure both the baby and I were comfortable. Additionally the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about their products. It was my first time buying shoes from Bare, and I am pretty sure it won’t be my last!

As someone in their middle age, I am in search of inclusive and comfortable footwear that still retains a stylish appeal. It's important to me to find shoes that prioritize foot health, width and support without compromising on style.

Bared Footwear initially caught my attention with their commitment to inclusivity and their focus on anatomical correctness recommended from podiatrist. However, I have noticed a slight shift towards a trend-driven approach that places more emphasis on style rather than practicality. While I appreciate fashionable options, I want to make sure that the shoes I choose not only look good but also provide the necessary support, width and comfort for long hours on my feet.

While Bared Footwear may still offer a range of stylish options, there have been some reviews mentioning a departure from their original dedication to foot health. This gives me some concern as I am in need of a brand that truly understands the importance of anatomically correct footwear and consistently incorporates it into their designs.

Of course, it's important to remember that experiences with shoe brands can vary greatly among individuals. What may work for one person may not work for another, depending on factors like foot shape, size, and personal preferences. Bared Footwear may still be a suitable choice for those who prioritize style and find their shoes comfortable enough for their needs.

In my search for inclusive and comfortable footwear, I will explore other brands that specialize in designing shoes that are anatomically correct, wider, comfortable, and stylish. I am looking for brands that offer features such as arch support, wide width, cushioning, and removable insoles, as these elements greatly enhance the level of comfort and support provided.

Ultimately, my goal is to find shoes that blend style, comfort, and foot health. While Bared Footwear may have shifted their focus away from their original commitment to anatomically correct footwear, I will continue my quest for brands that prioritize both style and practicality, ensuring that my feet are well-supported and fashionable at the same time.

Amazing experience at Bared in CBD. Was assisted by Oscar who was fantastic - very friendly & shared exceptional knowledge and suggestions. I was able to find pretty flats and sandals with understanding and supplies to make sure they were perfectly fitted and comfortable.

Had the most awesome experience with Adina. She was extra attentive to our needs and just lovely.

I was a bit unhappy after purchase a wrong size from the High street boutique. The staff didn't really help me from there and I was unaware there are so many options to test sizes and make the fit perfectly.

I went to the City store to exchange an online order and Will helped me. He is not just helping me to exchange, but went beyond to show me different methods we can use to make the shoes fit better and re-measured for me for the best size option. (which I didn't have it in High st)

I was in a bit rush and didn't review the new size properly with Will on the day. One week after, he followed up my case by phone and checked whether the new shoes work good for me. Wow, I am really really impressed for such the level of customer service. I wouldn't go back to shop in bared footwear if I didn't get help from Will.

Your brand is not a cheap brand. Will definitely showed me how a brand should maintain their customer service to the level. Thank you so much Will. You deserve a payrise. Most importantly, you truly showed customer service actually care. (which we barely have nowadays)

I’ve purchased multiple pairs of Bared shoes and not only are they incredibly comfortable, the customer service is above and beyond impeccable! From the transparent and prompt email communication to the overall process of sending out replacement shoes to try on (while you keep the original pair that doesn’t fit to compare) to the sturdy packaging - nothing in this process has been overlooked and exceptional customer service is their trademark. Do yourself a favor and purchase a pair of shoes and walk on the BARED side, you wont regret it!

I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service like with Bared! They are sooo good! I’ve shopped with them both online and in the store and both are just amazing! When I was unsure about the size, they sent me both options to try. I had a problem with the shoes I purchased and they offered to send a new pair completely free and they did so within 24 hours. Wow! In store they are so friendly it’s like Tiffany experience! They measured my fit, gave me recommendations and shows all the sizes. Unfortunately I live in Auckland and I really hope you guys will open a store here one day. Keep doing what you do, this is fabulous! I have 5 pairs already and I think this is becoming an addiction

What an amazing shopping experience today in Melbourne. Prob my best whilst on holiday. Cory was nothing short of incredible. His very helpful & professional service was teamed with the suggestion I not feel pressured to make my decision in store as there were just too many options & I was feeling a tad overwhelmed. Of course I didn’t leave empty handed & I’ll likely be back into store before we depart for home or making the most of online shopping to NZ now that I’ve narrowed my future wish list down.

The most comfortable and on trend shoes I have ever worn. As a long term wearer of orthotics it has been a long term challenge to find stylish ‘non granny’ shoes to wear. Not only are they comfy and classy but the customer service is second to none. I purchased a pair of wedges and wasn’t sure if I liked the style. Bared posted me another style to try whilst I still had that pair so I could compare. No other online store compares. I recommend to everyone, they’re worth every cent!

This place has amazing service- the staff are super friendly and attentive. The shoes are amazing.

But the shop itself lost 2 stars because on the day we went shopping- the air cons weren’t working.

Apparently it’s been an ongoing issue known to HQ but not fully resolved.

The poor hardworking staff running around in a hot and humid premise. Really felt sorry for them.
And as customers, it was super uncomfortable.

Had a wonderful customer service experience today from Shireen on the phone. The sandals purchased from the store hadn’t been checked properly and she offered to express post a replacement first thing tomorrow to ensure I get them before I go on holiday. Friendly, not hassled at all, simple and straightforward resolution of my feedback. Just highlights the quality of this company, not just the footwear!

I bought a couple of shoes from their online store during a sale, and had a couple of questions related to the leather, so asked about that in the online chat, and I was told that the person who was helping me did not have specific answers, and told me that she's arrange a response. I thought that it's something what a lot of retail staff do to dodge the work.

Couple of hours later, after 5pm on a Friday, Will, from the Melbourne store gave me a call and explained me about their leather, the good and the bad about my boots, what do I get when I buy boots on sale, and has even appreciated the boots some of their competitors make.

Really the most positive experience that I've ever had online or on phone, and am definitely hooked!

5 stars is not enough, in my honest opinion.

I was served by the lovely Louis today at the CBD branch on Manchester Lane. He was very friendly, very helpful and funny. I left with a new pair of boots that I cannot wait to wear. I have purchased several pairs of shoes from Bared and cannot recommended them highly enough.

I visited Bared today and the customer service I received from Renee was exceptional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and it was so different to the experience I’ve had at several other shoe shops recently. Give that girl a raise!

After I successfully purchased some shoes at Bared Footwear (Mens), I crossed the laneway to Bared Footwear (Womens) to look for some shoes for my sister.

We were greeted by the lovely Anastasia, who helped my sister measure her feet, look for shoes and try on sizing.

Although we didn’t find a perfect pair, Anastasia was so incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process.

A big kudos to the Bared team (and to Anastasia)! Keep up the amazing work!

I've got 5 pairs of shoes (and counting) from Bared and I really cannot fault the shoes or the staff. The overall experience each time has always been the best I've had as a customer. The staff all set the standard for exceptional and positive customer service, while also making it an easy and very supportive experience. There's a reason I keep buying more shoes from Bared and recommending them to all of my friends, family, and colleagues!

The shoes themselves are the most comfortable I own. I have problem feet, with long running heel issues and pain, I also walk a lot in my day to day life, so I need comfort and support. Bared deliver every time. Plus, the shoes look fantastic, they always get noticed and I get compliments on them every time I wear any of them.

Best service I've received in a long time. Finally found a decent pair of work shoes that look good and are supportive. Brian and was very patient and helped to tailor my shoes to suit my feet with extra padding. Would recommend!
