Not a flash looking place but otherwise its exceptional. The food is wonderful and good value. Our waiter suited the place perfectly. Go there!

Vibes immaculate service was good and the food was divine favourite was the lamb Ragu and the pana cotta, cheese cake and tiramisualso Erik was amazing!

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review for a restaurant. I booked this wine bar for my birthday over the weekend. I chose Rosella as they sold the illusion that they had private dining upstairs for large groups. I chose this booking option. When I arrived two other large groups were squished in to the tiny room upstairs room. It was essentially the size of a lounge room with over 30 people in it, you couldn’t even walk to the bathroom without asking someone from another table to stand up because there was absolutely no space to move. They had one server covering all three tables and it was completely chaotic. The restaurant should be embarrassed, the service and the setting was terrible. Felt like I was at a La Porchetta

In love with this place! One of the very few Italian restaurants that have Spaghetti All’assassina on their menu. All the food was delicious especially their pastas. We met the owner who was a lovely man and had a big chat to us about his experiences in Italy. I can’t wait to visit again!

Excellent! Try the Project 49 Chardonnay, honestly one of the best bottles of Chardonnay I’ve ever had, add the food and excellent service, and you can only applaud the team for a wonderful restaurant!

Food and service amazing. We had a large group, Rocco and his team fed us the most delicious food and made us feel right at home. Our friends are still raving about it.

Unfortunately this did not live up to the amazing reviews I read prior to coming. I know their power was out which was out of their control, but the service was lackluster. We ordered 4 dishes and a bottle of wine. It took an hour for our 2nd, 3rd and 4th dish to come out. While the waitstaff and the owner were lovely, incorrect orders were being delivered to multiple tables and one of the waitstaff got our veg side incorrect. While it was a busy night, it's a small restaurant and there were 4 waitstaff on so I can't justify why that many mistakes were made and why the service was slow. The food was lovely but not worth the $121 bill.

Service was really attentive and didn’t mind to come back a couple times since we couldn’t decide on drinks/food.

Not my favourite place ever. Ok tasting food, it gets super loud in there and not in a nice way. Like people have shown here, portions for things are a bit underwhelming. We needed to flag waiters about 3 times to get service while they stood around talking to each other. Hard pass for next time.

Delicious food, high price point but if you are happy to spend you wont be disappointed. You must get an entre, main, and side to have your fill, but you probably want to try a few things anyway!

Falvorful. Devine. Authentic. The food here was delicious - we tried flavours that we had never had before. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the origins and flavour profiles of the food. We had our cousins over from Ireland and they absolutely loved it. Highly recommend Rosella. What a beautiful experience!

Loved Bar Rosella. The food is beautiful, complex and has a lot of complimentary flavour pairings. Every dish had its own unique rich flavour. Of course the stand out dish was the pasta all'assassina - proving that simple ingredients when done right have a major impact. Definitely a foodie spot, would recommend and looking forward to going again. Also service was excellent 10/10 for the wait staff. Thank you to the gentleman who explained the cooking method of the pasta all'assassina.

A small but delicious bar in Collingwood. We had the spaghetti and the braised chicken. The entree was also good, I love the ham with melon. Good vibe for a Friday night’s drink.

Love stopping at Bar Rosella for a few glasses of great wine and some really satisfying food with a good freind. Tonight we had the prawns, the beef ragu and a cabbage slaw- it didn't disappoint.
