45Staff are lovely, doctors are great, facilities and parking are also good BUT they are always running late. Today it was a 50 minute wait. It has always been like this even pre COVID.
Was my first time at this centre, and I was very happy with the Doctor and Nurse that assisted my procedure. Everything was being explained during the procedure and and also after. Highly recommend.
Happy with service by staff and doctor but would like the option of scripts being sent direct to chemist or phone appointments to avoid wasting time in travel.
Great family doctor. We see Michael Crameri and he is always efficient, thoughtful and punctual. Two things that I really like: he gets the kids to speak for themselves (even if they are young) and he doesn’t medicate unless you absolutely need it. He respects a (healthy) body’s ability to heal itself. The surgery is always clean and the desk staff are friendly and efficient.
Called to book an appointment for Saturday morning and was told "sorry we don't take appointments from new patients on weekends. We just look after our own as the doctor is only here for 2 hours". I didn't know segregation was still around in 2019. Just moved into Drouin 3 months ago and this is the first time I need to get a doctor's opinion and this is the response I get. VERY RUDE.
