Today I visited this medical practice for the first time. I have moved to Drouin from suburban Melbourne and picked Bank Place from looking at the website. There is a car park on site which is convenient. The waiting room was comfortable and spacious. I was seen promptly by the doctor and was able to communicate my medical history and current needs. All in all, a very satisfying visit.

My wife thought the doctor was very efficient and helpful. The other staff were also very pleasant with a nice environment to wait in.

My attitude before speaking to this receptionist was really good, after speaking to her within 2 min I was almost at a rage, I had enough of her questioning!? I had to give at least 5 security questions and then she is saying"we can't have people running in here we make calls to you without any clear time frame for the waiting? I just hung up in disgust.

First time visit to this Medical Centre for appointment with Michael Keating. Right on time, registered the obligatory Covid stuff, didn't even get to sit down and wait! Straight to the room for tests and out of there in 20 minutes! Most friendly to boot!)

I have only recently moved to Drouin and a person in my estate recommended this Medical Centre.
Receptionists and Doctors were incredibly friendly!

Doctor Arti is a good caring MD. Easy to talk to and importantly she respects your opinion. My 2nd choice is Dr Bazil, a lovely caring young man thank you Bank Place, oh and the ladies on reception are very helpful.

Appt with nurse - was called slightly earlier than my appt - was dealt with professionally & efficiently - totally recommend the nursing staff at Bank Place.

Friendly welcome! I hadnt visited this Clinic till today. Where i was sent there By My. Doctor to have a Lung Function Test. The Specialist was amazing. And put me at ease at the start.

Had a medical student take us through first and assess my daughter, she was thorough, kind and patient. Dr Michael who came in after my daughter was assessed by the medical student had a very calming approach, and went over everything again. 10/10 experience. Very happy with their care and approach.
Reception area was organised, and staff very approachable and kind.

I have always found the Doctors and Nurses most helpful and pleasant. Recently I had the first of 2 Covid 19 vaccinations. Well organised only had to wait a few minutes and it took about 2 minutes for myself and my wife to be dealt with.
