Great all round GP. Offered us great advice/guidance and gentle administration for our daughters 6 week vaccinations. Also very quick wait time and very thorough.

Dr Raymond is incredibly thorough, caring, supportive. Best Dr I have seen in 40years. I followed him from another clinic! Does not rush you. You get the time you need and pay for and more if required. Reception staff amazing, friendly, caring, helpful. Appreciate size of waiting room.

I have been attending Bank Place for 35 years and the service is excellent and I highly recommend Dr Jeremy he is brilliant

This was my first visit to this clinic and I found the staff most welcoming. I felt comfortable with the medical attention I received and the specific information and care from yhe doctor I saw.

The receptionist staff go out of their way to get you in for an appointment, and to see your own Dr. The nursing staff are also lovely and know their job, and know how to treat both little children and older people with care. And Dr Marlon Fernando is one of the most kind, caring and knowledgeable Dr I have ever known.

First time attending, was very welcoming and very clean and tidy waiting room, doctor was helpful. Reception emailed me my certificate that I forgot so I didn't have to go back.

Great experience at Bank Place Medical Centre. Arrived on time and didn't have to wait too long before being called for my appointment, Dr Lodhi made me feel relaxed and at ease, that's a first for me and I felt confident in my receiving expert medical care also the ladies at reception were very caring and helpful, Very happy with my experience.

Reception were kind and helpful, clinic was clean and spacious, and Dr Raymond Tseng was wonderful! He listened to me, gave me the full appointment time and didn't rush me, and was very knowledgeable and straightforward. I'm so glad I called, and I got in the next day! Definitely coming back.

I have been a patient of Dr Crameri for over 9 years. I moved to Gippsland and was looking for a local doctor for my prenatal care. I was lucky enough to have my GP deliver my daughter and have remained a patience ever since, he has since become our family doctor. Dr Crameri specialises in woman's health and has a nature to ensure you are comfortable in all aspects/procedures in women health. We're lucky to have someone local with so much experience and knowledge you can trust, he is the sort of doctor, you would travel to see for his expertise.
Dr Crameri has a calming/non judgmental approach which gives comfort to discuss all medical matters with an open mind.

Sometimes they are a little late but usually pretty good always nice to us, very helpful and Understanding
