Our adventure with Balloonman started early so be prepared! It is however, well worth this - look at the photos. Pete and CJ are a great team together, everything is friendly and polished. They go out of their way to make everyone feel included. Please everyone support Balloonman if you can - the industry is goping through tough times. Highly recommended. Had a wonderful experience this morning. It really shows that Peter and CJ really enjoy what they do, and helped to make the flight really memorable. I can't recommend doing this highly enough. Go and see Melbourne in this unique and beautiful way. I will likely be a returning customer in the future, hopefully with more people next time.

Great company to go with, the staff are very friendly, super helpful and have a lot of fun with you when you're goi g on this experience. I recommend this company because of the fun they have with you and learning experience of how to fly a balloon. You also get an awesome view of the city up close, low then back up to the sky.

I gifted my partner this trip and we had such an incredible time. Lifting off the ground was such a surreal experience to suddenly seeing the city from so high up. Chris and crew were all attentive to the mood of the group and informing us of what was going on so we knew what was happening. I would definitely do this again & the ballooning certificates are a great souvenir!

Our first Adventure since coming out of Lockdown in Melbourne. Service and care provided by Balloon Pilot Pete and Ground Crew CJ, was 10/10 They created a fun and safe experience for us. The people We met on ride with we're great to be with!

I don’t do this kind of post but I must say that the customer service it’s terrible. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled due to bad conditions and when I tried to reschedule the person in charge of taking the phone calls was very rude. However, this wasn’t the first time. Taking into account she works in customer service and she must deal with overseas people and no English speakers, I believe she should be more patient and kind.
Anyway I hope there is a better way of communication besides phone calls to reschedule our flight.

After having trips cancelled due to weather, Covid we finally got our flight done over Malbourne. Staff were very helpfull from start to finish. Balloon Pilot Chris should also be a stand up comic! Was a great outing and would love to do it again. Would recommend them highly. Awesome fun

Had the most amazing time. Chris was a great guide and wealth of knowledge. We had a fun group of people also.if it isn't on your bucket list, it should be; and BalloonMan are the ones to choose.

One of those breath-taking experiences that you will remember for the rest of your life. My wife, two young kids and i had an amazing experience and thank Pete and CJ for making this a fantastic experience. Thank You and we would certainly go with them again.

Went up Saturday morning with Pete and Ryan and had a wonderful time. Conditions were beautiful, the group was lovely, landing was perfect if not a little scary.

A once in the lifetime experience and one I can highly recommend. Chris and his team are so organised and experienced they will ensure you have the best experience possible. An experience we will never forget! Thank you Balloonman for the memories:)

We had an amazing experience with BalloonMan and our pilot Chris who was very friendly and full of knowledge.
The view was wonderful, we really enjoyed the moment.
I recommend everyone to include the breakfast, it was so delicious with a lot of choices.

What a superb experience. Thanks to Balloonman and the crew, we enjoyed every second of it.
It was one of those things that I reckon everyone should experience it at least oncein their lives.
The pilot, Peter (sorry if I'm wrong), was such a cool but experienced man who did his best to do the stuff in a perfectly relaxed manner from the beginning till the moment we touched down. All in all, I highly recomend it and I believe it is worth it for sure.
And at the end, the great breakfast at Hyatt Hotel was the cherry on top.
Just one thing, don't forget to ask the conversable pilot about the history of Ballooning in France.
