Amazing morning on the balloon! We were taken over the city which was amazing. Chris explained all of the buildings and landmarks as we went along. Excellent experience. I would love to balloon with Chris and Rick again.

Loved our balloon flight with Balloon Man.
Pete, our pilot, and Daniel our driver/assistant were fantastic. Chris and Jenny in admin were also great to deal with. A very courteous and professional team. Could not rate them any higher.
We felt peacefully safe and at ease up in the air.
It was a beautiful first ballooning experience and it will definitely not be our last.
The breakfast at the Hyatt was also absolutely lovely and highly recommended.

Had the pleasure of doing Hot Air Ballooning in the city last Wednesday (12th of Jan) with the BalloonMan. It was such a magical experience & I would 100% do it again and fully recommend these guys if you wish to do Hot Air Ballooning in Melbourne or Bendigo!

& Even though our landing went a little off track and we just hovered along the Eastern Freeway for some time, we had a good landing

Took my first hot air balloon ride with BalloonMan, and what an incredibly amazing experience! Pete, our pilot and Daniel were absolutely fantastic, they took care of us throughout. The entire flight was smooth, no ups and downs at all, caught the sun rise and shine on the city. We celebrated our friend's birthday and surprise engagement with her partner on the flight itself.we headed for our complimentary breakfast and ate like never before haha. Highly recommend BalloonMan to anyone who is looking to experience the best on a hot air balloon ride!?

Update. I was reached out to by the company after this review and told if I remove this review we could discuss a rectification. A decent company would understand both sides of the scenario and make the customer want to edit the review into a positive one.

My problem is not that my voucher expired, that's my fault for forgetting! The reason for my review is the terrible customer service I have received!

He is going to write a response to this stating "facts" which none of address the problem of the mannerism or lack of customer service.

I was extactic when I received a voucher for these guys, I can only imagine how beautiful this experience would have been!
But sadly when I tried to book a flight for my birthday in December 2020 I was greeted by a gruff gentleman and told the weather wasn't good enough to fly for over a week, which is fine, safety 1st but I was really disheartened by the lack of customer service and general respect, I've never been in a hot air balloon as I assume is the case alot, I don't know how it all runs but I was made to feel belittled over the phone.then covid hit and I had forgotten about the voucher.

I remembered this morning and called to discuss if there were any options available as it expired 10 days ago I tried to explain to the very blunt lady how I got to forgetting about the voucher to see if there was any arrangements available for the year we couldn't fly due to covid lockdowns? ! Only to be told i never had the above interaction didn't happen and the voucher had technically expired.

Very disappointing to have wasted such a big chunk of money.

Me and my partner had an absolute awesome experience up in the sky in a hot air balloon with BallonMan. Not only was the sunrise amazing and the views great but it was also informative too. A huge thankyou and thumbs up to Peter and Adrian for a great day. Ill definitely be recommending you
