We found iAdrenalin on line and decided to use them for service as a result of the feed back. Have now used their services twice and it is 100%. Also we had an issue with our Mac which they said they could not fix and referred us to a great organisation who could. Cant get better. Peter

I wonder how many people buy their kids a new iPhone because the one they have has a poor battery or isn’t working properly. I rang these guys, took the phone over, gave it to them for an hour and $55 later the phone has a new battery. (iPhone 5).
Kids are stoked, I’m happy. People were super friendly and professional. Cannot fault the whole thing. Highly recommend them.

It's actually Alistairs wife Margot.not loaded up with IT knowledge I visited Ballarat iPhones twice and got friendly helpful service.firstly, was very patiently guided through a process to try at home.then, when it appeared I'd chosen to download all photos onto an inferior device, Ballarat iPhones took over the cumbersome task empathetically.

David was incredibly helpful and caring as he informed me on how to best go about my current situation over the phone, David's patient and non-judgemental approach made my day, he was a life saver!

Great service in repairing the screen of my sons iPad. I took it in on Saturday morning and picked it up on Monday evening, meaning it only missed one day of school! The price was a lot lower than I expected too. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a new iPhone battery and Ballarat iPhones did a great job. In less than an hour and for a very reasonable price, the battery was in and now it’s as good as new! For fast, reliable and friendly service I cannot recommend them enough!

Service was very efficient, I could have waited in the reception area but I chose to go for a haicut and when I got back my phone was fixed - broken screen, faulty charging socket and battery. Price was very reasonable and Axle whe carried out the work was vety knowleable and efficient. David

Fantastic service. Initially the home button wasn’t quite working properly after screen replacement but speedy communication and wonderful customer service had it all fixed when we went back in. Highly recommend these guys. Speedy and high quality service.

Paid over $200 for them to replace my screen with a faulty screen and then half of my screen still doesn’t work. Instead of giving me BS they should’ve told me upfront that it was internal damage. Worst experience
