Charged me $50 just to clean the charging socket when a replacement socket costs $85 according to their website prices for iPhone 8. Stupid amount for just 10 minutes of work. Only good thing was they did it straight away for me.

A few weeks ago got my phone repaired with a new screen on my Lock Screen I can’t enter my camera or turn on my torch and since getting it repaired I can’t use tap pay but other then that it’s good

I contacted Ballarat iPhones today in a real pickle. I had been told that my phone’s motherboard was gone and my only option was to buy a new phone. Axell took a look at it and advised that it wasn’t a motherboard issue at all and he fixed it. Axell was so professional, empathetic and really knew his stuff. I recently used Ballarat iPhones to replace both the battery and charging port on my iPhone XS. They replaced both within an hour and the phone is as good as new! Customer service was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Ballarat IPhones.
