I am so appreciative of the professionalism and kindness of Ballarat IPhones. They were so helpful and stayed back later to resolve my iPhone problem. They are true to there word and I would recommend no other in Ballarat to fix iPhones. What nice people who know there stuff!

I took my Ipad in after it stopped working after my screen had been replaced by another company. Not only was the gentleman at the front extremely professional and courteous, he fixed the Ipad within 24 hours and because the new screen was still OK (it was just poorly done the first time) I wasn't charged for a new screen, they just fixed the workmanship. I would highly recommend Ballarat Iphones to anyone looking to have a professional and response company repair their Iphone or Ipad.

Broke the screen so bad on my Samsung s10 that it was just a black screen. The guys at Ballarat iPhone were fantastic and had it back to me the next afternoon running perfectly.
Screen repairs are expensive and that's just a sad fact of life but when you can hear it pinging and know you're missing important notifications (Facebook is important right?) It's great to know you can be back to it quickly with these guys

I needed a new battery for my IPhone and tried another place in Ballarat but was told it would take a day or so. Then l went to Ballarat IPhones and spoke to a friendly nice guy who did the job in 90 mins!

The repair is flawless, the customer service was friendly and informative, -and the cost was better than I could’ve imagined for such precision work. Amazing service from Axel at ballarat iphones located handy with great parking in cbd.
Let's face it I left my oppo I phone in a pair of shorts that went in the wash machine for 30secononds as a result my phone screen died.so I left it with Axel just a brilliant guy.amazingly helpful.
And he explained exactly what could be achieved and chances of saving my apps messages photos and main content. I can't thank Axel enough for his kindness. Nothing was too much.

We couldn't get our iPhone to turn on. We left it with ballarat iPhones for a day and the problem was fixed. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They're pretty good prices to fix the problem too.
