My wife and son had a brilliant night there only one thing it would be nice to have a win on the pokies haha I didn't lose much but one brilliant place

No surprises here, some fairly standard beers on tap that probably wouldn't cut it in Melbourne's competitive craft beer market. Meals are standard pub fare but quite decent at good price and service was quick. The main bar seems well attended most times and the hired room we had for the afternoon was of good size.

Had the duck rissoto it was ok didnt get the infused honey it was like it was missing something

Love playing golf at Ballarat. Best course for golfers who hit a long ball, greens on any day are super fast, length is great, definitely a cart course with some tricky well placed holes.

What a fantastic course very friendly staff they even let me on with my own four wheeler cart and they had a toilet on every second or third hole. I will definitely be going back there.

Who can go past a courtesy bus? !? We had a lovely family night out here, a few wines and the courtesy bus ensured no one missed out

Great venue and facilities, but every time I go the kitchen have always claimed they had no idea about my dietary requirements, despite calling up and confirming options with management days beforehand.

Now listen. We tripped over this place by accident. The carvery night at $15 per head was sensational. Best $15 i ever spent on a meal.

A real golfing gem. Take the wind out of the equation, (if that is possible in Ballarat!), and this is a fantastic regional golf course. Every hole different, fairways full of slopes and surprises (don’t know about plonking a tree in the middle of a fairway), greens challenging. Great clubhouse and facilities. Puts many private clubs in Melbourne to shame. Will be coming back here.

Mid week lunches for $12.50 are well sized and very well priced! Plenty of choice. Great views of the golf greens whilst lunching. Comfortable and warm.

We visited the bistro for a quick meal, but ended up waiting one hour for our meal. It was a roast of the day and tough as old boots. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I had to cancel dessert so we could make our booking for a show.
