Award RV Superstore

Good collection of useful product but I have been overcharged here on 2 occassions (out of 2 visits) and won't go back. Products advertised at $11 and charged $18 and product advertised at $30 and charged $36. Did not correct them, just won't return or buy from at shows. Same products available online for less.

Big range of items, a lot of items on sale. I needed more time to wander around so will have to go back. Got what I wanted.

Best in the area and well stocked. Lost points for staff who said they were out of stock for an item yet another staff member said they had it. Staff were not consistent and some staff were better than others.

Staff here are very knowledgeable and so helpful. When we asked questions they went above and beyond to show us several options and explained what we needed in great detail. The customer service is impeccable. We will definitely be back, and will recommend this place to family and friends.

This store has everything that you need for camping and caravaning and dont charge the earth. Service is also great.

Great place for all your caravan and camping gear a little pricey on some things cheap on others as usual shop around but it has everything you need or can get it in

Do your homework before going and know your prices. Item advertise for $20, yet at the store they quoted me $65. Was only when I mentioned the on line price did they offer it to me for $20. Do your homework before and don't get caught out.

Freight Service knowledgeable staff I had some work done to Ray horse floats and they went above and beyond and didn't charge excessively for anything that they did I am very pleased with the service and the costs and the service that I received I would go back anytime

Service was outstanding.more helpful and friendly than other similar stores in the area by far. Couldn't provide what we needed but did everything they could to try and help us locate it somewhere else. Couldn't have been happier.

I called in today to get some parts to work on a hot water heater. The staff member who assisted me was very knowledgeable in the products I needed. He was able to provide accurate advice and help me get exactly what I needed.

I ordered a window seal last week for my van At that time I was to get a confirmation call. Rang back this week and not even ordered. Recently ordered a lock for my fridge. Seemed to be another lost order. Weeks later I got it.when iasked for it but they didn't know who it was for. My brother ordered a water tank lock that had arrived Yesterday he went to pick it up. Not there.

Great range. Hard to get service at times if you aren't a grey nomad. Also found it difficult to get items in if not in stock.
Other than that, they have a great store.

Great place for caravan bits and pieces. It is one of the few places I know where you wander around the store and can have different people come up to you asking if they can help you.

This is a great one stop shop for all our caravan and camping accessories. Friendly staff and competitive prices. We are regular visitors.
