Purchased a fly screen for a caravan hatch about 5 weeks ago. Went back for a second one today. Price has gone from $35 to $49.95. An outrageous price increase of 50%!

They have a very good range but very pricey. Priced an item they stocked at over $100 and got the same product at Bunnings for $35. Do your homework before going!

We have been restoring a 20yr old Coromel van and have bought instant hw unit/ cassette toilet/out door shower/ inside shr and all plumbing pipes and fittings and could not be more happier with the service and selection of all products. We have just purchased an Ibis 4 aircon and installed it with no problem at all. Now the electrician that wired wants the same unit. 10/10

I have been a loyal customer for years. I received an email from Award rv as I am on there mailing list. I was sent an email advertising an item that was on sale. When I tried to purchase the item the price more than tripled. I contacted them to be told the item is not the advertised price. Beware of there false advertising.

A company lying in order to save face is definitely nothing new.

The one stop store for all your campertrailer/RV needs. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even drew me a picture so I could install my press studs properly. Highly recommend this store.

This is one of the best places to come for bits for your camper. Out the back they have a warehouse of little bits and the staff are really helpful to help you find the right bit. We had a broken bit of plastic on the side of the camper, I didn't hold out much hope of finding it, but after describing it to a knowledgable staff member he came out with the exact bit. Great work guys. They have quite a large display area as well, and you are sure to find a few things you didn't know you needed.

Went to AwardRV on Wednesday 24th March 21 after trying numerous Motorhome dealers, I was successful in finding a skylight suitable for my Motorhome at a very reasonable price.
Excellent staff and service.

Amazing Service. They had everything I needed for plumbing up the caravan and were very helpful in finding solutions.

Terrible customer service. They sold a product I had paid for fully to another customer. Never rang back. Sent around in circles between different staff asking the same question. Where is my product? Never had a straight answer. Only good result was getting my money back. Be cautious on big items. Their backroom dispatch is very disorganised.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Well stocked with a varied range. Large signs could be helpful to direct customes to different departments or stock areas. Competitive pricing. First time was a good experience. Will go back.

Great friendly crew at this well stocked shop and there always happy to give advise when needed. I bought an awning on a roll and there accessory fitter was more than happy to give me a few pointers to make fitting a very easy job.

Advertised high lift jacks on their website and said they had stock. Drive all the way there to find their website had issues and no stock. Waste of time

Just wanted to say how impressed we were with the service we were given at RV Award. Grant spoke to Richard on the phone who went above & beyond, taking the time to go through all avenues of troubleshooting in order to get the hot water service working in the caravan.
This review is from Grant who is working away & staying in the caravan & would have had a cold shower tonight. Prior to ringing RV Award my husband & myself had rang numerous places without any satisfaction. Many Thanks Richard

it was a great price and ready for immediate pick up
Having tried it, I was super impressed by their 22below branded fridge.
