I ordered a window seal last week for my van At that time I was to get a confirmation call. Rang back this week and not even ordered. Recently ordered a lock for my fridge. Seemed to be another lost order. Weeks later I got it.when iasked for it but they didn't know who it was for. My brother ordered a water tank lock that had arrived Yesterday he went to pick it up. Not there.

After explaining the drawbar width and trying to get a new jockey wheel and mounting bolts/brackets, I’ve wasted 2 1/2 hrs going back and forth due to incorrect instructions and products being sold to me. Something so simple and being told I can attach a mounting system horizontally across top left to right to bolt a jockey when on to a draw bar which of course wouldn’t hold anything unless it was a vertical drawbar…. I’d suggest other stores if you need advice and knowledge.

I ordered online and it was an easy transaction and fast delivery.

If you can't find it, they probably dont make it, very reasonable prices and plenty of stock, found a part missing out of a box when we made it home, called the next day and they posted it out free of charge without an issue, would highly recommend allowing a couple of hours to have a good look around.

The only they didn't stock was a "double diskadooberator" for my "triple slackdak".

It really is an RV Super Store. As well as having a huge range of RV accessories from the kitchen to the bathroom to everything for the exterior, there are towing accessories, wheel chocks and spirit levels, water filters and hoses and even comfy chairs. I didn't see a kitchen sink there, but mustn't have been looking hard enough! The staff are super friendly and helpful as are fellow customers. Can't wait to come back with my extended shopping list.

I came in to buy a spare wheel holder and a 12 volt lighter socket. 6 employees that were not serving customers did not even look over in my general direction. Disappointed

If the service improved greatly (hence **) this would be the place to go for all your caravan, camping needs, they have everything you could want.up your service guys it's the customers that keep you employed without them no business no pay.

Don't go here! It's like a candy store for consenting adults!
Seriously though, just awesome. So much stuff I want and some of it I even need.
Staff were very helpful and gave grrat advice.
Will be going back.

I swear this is the best caravan accessories shop I can see why it's so popular & I love the dinosaur so cute I'm definitely staying with this store from now on plus the staff are really nice great service
