Just like everyone else says. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. These guys want you to catch fish, gave great advice and actively dissuaded me from buying more expensive tackle that wasn't going to be right for where I was going.

I knew nothing about trout fishing. Richard had me tooled up & catching trout in no time! That man is a real TROUT WIZARD! Hes freshwater knowledge is top shelf.

I have Been going to Aussie angler for years, these guys are the best blokes.

Contacted the team at Aussie Angler back in Feb looking for some advice on a good pair of Wading boots. Shane was more than happy to offer his time and thoughts and run me through the features and benefits of my options which saw me purchase a pair of Simms G3 Guide Boots with studs & Simms neoprene socks.
This was a significant investment for a pair of boots but I felt confident in handing over my money given the recommendation from Shane.
Going on 3 months later and I could not be happier with my purchase, the boots being everything I asked for.
Cannot recommend dealing with Shane and the team at Aussie Angler enough - Honest advice and prompt service!

Paul Williams said he likes to go for a "Coffee 'n Shop". Pfft! Now I'm feeling rather left out... No-one ever offered me a coffee. Not a bad shop, just the same... Even if there is no coffee. No coffee... No five stars.
